When can I expect my order?

For the most part, orders will be processed within 48 hours and you can expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days though I will make every attempt to ship out sooner. The only exception is the statuary which take approx. 4 weeks as these are made to order.

For any other item not readily available or out of stock, you will receive a prompt email with information and be given the opportunity to cancel, accept a comparable item or wait for the order.

How do you ship your items?

All items are shipped via UPS, Fed ex or USPS. Most heavy, larger items are shipped via UPS and some smaller, lighter items are shipped via USPS priority. International orders mostly go via USPS priority International.

Do I ship internationally?

Yes I do. I ship all over the world. Bear in mind international shipping can get costly, particularly for large, heavy items like porcelains. Contact me for a rate along with a list of the items you are interested in so that I can put together a shipping quote for you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THEY ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Do I discount?

I sure do, I discount a minimum of 20% off retail and in some cases up to 40%, depending on the line. You can be sure that you will find my items to be more competitively priced than your local retailer.

How did I find these items?

I have carefully sourced my selections as if I am buying for my own home, and in some cases I was buying for my own home. I say nothing is on my online shop that I wouldn’t put in my own home.

Quality is of the utmost importance while making sure that my items also offer good value. I have also looked high and low to find things that I realized were not readily available in the marketplace. I hope you agree!

What is the return policy?

We want you to not only like what you get, but to love it. Therefore I stand behind everything but there are exceptions. I do require that in the event you want to return or exchange any item, that you do so within a 7 day period. It must be in new, unused condition.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and you must email me prior to shipping an item back to get an RA (return authorization) number to attach to box.

HERE ARE THE EXCEPTIONS

Anything custom – That would apply to anything that has been monogrammed, painted, custom florals that are made to order and anything else that is custom is not returnable and considered a final sale.

All lighting, hurricanes and lamps are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless exchanging for another item.

Planters/statuary are not returnable as these are custom/made to order so are final sale. Dough bowls/trivets/olive trays– Food related serving pieces are not returnable (includes all and any dinnerware)

Chinoiserie tole is returnable within 7 days for a store credit only. No refunds.

Current Promotions – Any item purchased through a current promotion is non returnable, and is considered a final sale. No exceptions (unless damaged in transit)

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR BROKEN – First step is to contact me, I will first file a claim with the carrier, then arrange to have your item picked up with a prepaid mailing label. Finally, you will be given a choice of a replacement or a refund.

Shipping/Tax Policy?

All orders are shipped from NY. Orders shipped within the state of NY will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.

How often do you run current promotions?

On average about once a week but it might be more frequently during the holiday period and less so during the slower, summer months.

Can I call in my order?

I am sorry but everything is done online only. At this time, I do not take calls and only take orders via the internet. I am always reachable and quick to respond so feel free to email me with any questions you might have.

I haven’t gotten my order, what do I do?

If you have given your order a reasonable amount of processing and shipping time (6-9 days) please feel free to contact me at theenchantedhome@gmail.com and I will be happy to update you and provide a tracking number for your order.

Can I make suggestions or see if you can get certain products?
