Things I am loving Fridays and house updates!

Hi there! Whew…..I have made it through what I knew would be a hectic crazy week, and it sure lived up the hype…..?and then some! We had our party on Wed. and it was A LOT of work, felt more labor intensive this year because I had had a very hectic/not so great day leading up the evening, got the beginning of a migraine, my son had a horrible bloody nose then developed a cough by late afternoon, my cleaning lady/helper called in sick very last minute…it was NUTS! Then around 6 I started feeling very nauseous?and this stayed with me the whole evening and all day Thursday. And all this while trying to prepare for 50 PEOPLE!! ?I kept looking at Teddy lounging in his cozy little bed, wishing we could trade places and then fantasized about being able to put on my robe, hit the bed and just politely explain to my guests that they were welcome to stay as long as they wanted, eat and drink to their hearts content but I needed to say good night. Ever had that kind of feeling? Of course, I persevered and by the time midnight rolled around…. I started to do my happy dance knowing it was just about over. Call me a scrooge, I promise next year will be a whole different story! It was a wonderful party and its so great to get the entire clan together, just wish I had been feeling better but alls well that ends well and we did have a great time!

I can’t believe Christmas is in 3 short days! Amazing, with the blink of an eye it will here and gone and we will be talking about……Valentines Day? LOL. Anyway hope things are calm and under control over there. I prepared part of this post in advance, since I knew the kind of week I would be having. In any case I start as always with house updates, as I have been saying for a long time, its all about the finishing at this point but the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter!!

HOUSE UPDATES The big news this week is the front entrance is 95% done and if I may say so myself, looking fabulous. I really do love it! Then backsplash got completed in kitchen, another thing I am loving. Lots of little things getting buttoned up this week. By next week dare I say we will have some fully completed spaces? Do you know how long I have waited to say that!!!! The end is near, at last! So happy to know sooner than later I will finally be home!! ?Here’s the low down on whats going on around here……

Backsplash put up on either side of hood going all the way up
Went very classic and simple, wanted to keep it understated feeling
Pardon the stove, and the “thing” to your left wil be the pot filler in case you are wondering!

Put the subways all the way up and glad I did!

Hallway/vestibule is done leading from family room to bar, the ‘window” on right is open to the butlers pantry

Moldings in tower getting primed

Opening between two hutches is painted and done….

Loving my wire. I promise I am getting you the company info for all who asked!

Painting over the silver crest, it was a beauitful color but since there is so little wall space, having a color there looks odd, so we are going with an rich creamy off white and doing the trim 2 shades lighter….this is first coat

And may I pesent to you the first and only “cleaned” room in the house, the butlers pantry! We still haven’t uncovered the floors and will do so right when we move!

Got the slightly smaller hardware, and glad I did!

A FEW GREAT RECIPES FROM FELLOW BLOGGERS. This year, I didn’t cook the dinner for our annual Chrsitmas family party, for a few reasons, we had it catered and it was wonderful, and I instead made all the appetizers (my favorite part anyway) and took care of the desserts. I have some staples in my appetizer repertoire such as mini crab cakes, mini blinis with caviar, a large baked pecan coated brie, delicious mini empanadas, a huge Italian platters of various cheeses, sausages, olives, mushrooms, crostini,etc…..but added a few new ones thanks to some blogging friends and they were so good that I have to share them! So below are two of the ones along with links to those website if you are interested in getting the recipe. I made the baked brie bites to do a test run one day last week (and gobbled up the entire batch, I know bad girl) but had to make sure they passed muster for my guests….and they did! The crab stuffed mushrooms were fabulous as well and great for large crowds, as they are both easy finger foods.

MY CHRISTMAS DECOR AND WRAPPING. ?Being in a rental is not condusvie to being in blogland, with so much inspiration!! So though I already did a post on my Christmas decor here are a few newly updated pictures. I am done and though we aren’t in our new house, as I would have wished, i made the most of where we are (in the rental) and it really does feel quite festive and i think the magic and spirit of the holiday comes from within not from the beautiful decorations, dont’ you think? I also share some pictures of right before our party began and then surprise surprise my battery ran out! (There was no time to charge, oh well next year)!

One day I will figure out how to use this camera properly…the lighting was so pretty but now I see its totally blurry!

Setting up a small round table of appetizers
I always put out a big tray of fruit, to offset any guilt by indulging in all the “good stuff”!

My baked brie en croute in the process
Notice the close proximity of the wine….yea, no accident!
Thanks Vicky from French Essence!!!! Love these…….

A FEW THINGS I WON! I really never win anything, (almost never) but lately have been on a bit of a winning streak! I got this adorable evergreen wreath (which I am still dressing up a bit) courtesy of Emily from?Splendid Market and this fabulous book, ?Savoring the Hamptons, which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking and the Hamptons from Doreen over at ?Style Maniac who worked with Books and Books in Westhampton. I won it after submitting a short story as to why I chose a certain book for a certain someone. Isn’t winning something just awesome! ?I am just like a kid! And last I was sent those gorgeous votives up there done in mercury class with a beautiful motif, courtesy of Vicky from French Essence ?and you bet I put them to good use right away!! Thank you everyone!
MONOGRAMS! You know I love my monograms and I saw this over at Kates blog, Party Resources and thought this was the cutest thing! I can think of several ways to use these amazing monograms, and you can be sure when I have recovered from Christmas i am ordering myself one (and maybe a few gifts) How cute and creative are these!! They come in several sizes and come in unpainted wood so you can do with them what you wish! Love the idea……click here to visit Southern Proper monograms!

So everyone this is it! My last post before Christmas, well I will post an official “Merry Christmas” post but it won’t be of any real length, just a greeting, but I will be back next week hopefully declaring (with?reserved optimism) that we are on the brink of moving! THAT is all I want for Christmas, hope you are listening Santa!! Wishing everyone a wonderful Friday and peace and sanity during these last few days leading up to Christmas!! Jingle jingle……

Things I am loving Saturday and house updates!!

Good morning, hope you are having a wonderful week. I am sure like me, things are busy over there by you as this time of year tends to be a bit nuts for everyone, doesn’t it? For me, its been a combination of “house biz”, Christmas shopping, a few social things we were invited to and trying to find the right clothes for (ugh..HATE this, ?some of the things I love in my closet don’t fit, and I really don’t have the inclination or time to go out searching to buy something new). I find this time of year to always be stressful. Last night we were invited to a very hoity toity ?Christmas party, I had no time literally to figure out what to wear much less find time to shop for something and I refused to reward my bad behavior and buy “up” a size or two and invest in anything expensive. I daydreamed of wearing a Snuggie and trying to set a new fashion trend but quickly nixed that idea and settled for a dressy pair of black slacks, a festive red silk top and loaded up on the jewelry. I ended up feeling festive and party ready given all I had going on but truth is I am admittedly ready for the holidays to be over, though I feel bad admitting this …… I am trying to pace myself as best as I possibly can and keep it all in perspective. ?I start as always with house updates then continue on with some of what I am loving this week….

HOUSE UPDATES. At this point, its all details. The exciting things this week are the wire that FINALLY arrived from the UK for the kitchen to complete the cabinets which I am thrilled with and was worth the wait and my closet, which I am LOVING and its every bit what I was hoping it would be. ?Then the laundry room cabinetry which is completed and I love that too, only missing hardware, backsplash and a nice window treatment! The major things are just about done, now its all in the finishing. The outdoor patio is really taking shape. Paint has started in the living room and dining and hallways. I have made no secret of how restless I am getting, mostly because I love nothing more than fiddling around my house, changing things up here and there, trying this or that and for four years now my hands have been tied..its been torture!! But we really truly are in the home stretch and I am hoping my headache and stomach aches will at last come to an end as we soon start to move in!?Enough talking, let me show you whats going on!

Detailing done above mantle in family room….

Yippee…laundry room is done!!! (except backsplash)

Outdoor porch ceiling getting done…..

Outdoor fireplace…..can’t wait to use this!

Drive through ceiling done

Living room paint color decision with a slight glaze over the top

My long awaited closet!!!!!!
Trying hardware over the next few days, thinking crystal knobs

Keeping the island, its growing on me….and thinking now am going to go with an antique mirrored top instead of stone or wood (Thanks Barbara:)

Bathroom done painting, now awaits glazing, we are starting that on Tues. or Wed.

Just awaiting glazing and hardware and sconces and we will at last be done here!!

A LITTLE REMINISCING, I had such fun the other day going through some old online photos. How I wish I had them online from when my kids were younger, but I had such a good time looking at older pictures of my house, my dog, my kids, family vacations, etc……nothing like pictures and videos to “take you back”…isn’t that the best? I hope you dont’ mind that I am sharing a few here.

I miss having friends over for lunch and setting a pretty table….

I made my friend, who LOVES strawberries instead of a traditional cake,a Strawberry Napoleon
I remember this beautiful blizzard, this is one of my favorite outdoor pictures…..
Ahhhh…….Christmas!
Loved placing my tree at the back of our foyer
Decorating for the holidays, always had fun with it! Never mind the “talking Christmas tree on the right”, that was my son’s “addition” to the holiday decor:)
DEAN AND DELUCA ?APPETIZERS I have ordered from them before, ?and really like their products. They have great quality control, offer fast and efficient delivery and I don’t think I have ever tried anything I haven’t really loved. So for this years annual family Christmas party I am once again ordering some of their appetizers in addition to making some of my own. I make an amazing baked brie which I will share the recipe with you on, and a wonderful version of a mini Empanada and always do a huge Italian platter of assorted cheeses, meats, breads, olives, etc but its always nice to add some ready to made things too. They ship everywhere! Some of my faves are……..
Love this! The cheese lovers appetizer trio of assorted puff pastry and cheeses

Spring rolls….who doesn’t love these!

Lobster flatbread, yum!!
Caviar is always ?a nice and elegant treat around the holidays!
Date and almond crisps..these are really tasty and great with any kind of cheese!
A CUSTOM DOG TRAY. Do you know someone who loves their dog? And loves entertaining? I mean REALLY loves their dog and really loves entertaining? Then they will absolutely love this custom made tole tray featuring their very own pooch as the subject, handpainted by Two Girls. They are not cheap, but what a beautiful keepsake and/or gift! I think these are so special and practical to use or display and such a unique gift too! Click here to visit.

ALABASTER COMPOTES.Was at someones house the other week and she had a pair on a console and they were so beautiful! Then saw that Joan from the blog, For the love of a house collects them too and hers are gorgeous! So now…I am on the prowl. They are sooo pretty!! What do you think? Where do you see putting something like this?

Things I am loving Thursday and house updates!!

Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing great this Thursday…..I have had a pretty good week, especially since I have been headache free for the last three days, yippee!! Amazing how you take for granted things like good health and feeling well. I am convinced that much of this is stress induced, and no doubt stress has triggered a lot of these headaches. But enough of the headache talk, moving on, hope you are well. There is a lot going on of course?at the house, the front entrance is really moving and shaking now and has totally transformed the front facade of the house, its exciting to see it nearly done though the scaffolding is blocking the view, its looking really beautiful.?

Inside, upstairs dare I say parts of the the second floor are DONE! The boys rooms and a guest room is completed including the carpet. That is very exciting! However downstairs is a whole other story. The goal was to have the kitchen, family room and breakfast room done by Thanksgiving. I think we are going to be just about there but if so it will be Thanksgiving eve. At midnight. LOL, in other words at this point I have resigned myself to the fact that I may not be having my Thanksgiving turkey in my new house BUT I will be having my Christmas?turkey there! That much I know for sure. So…..here we go with this weeks happenings. Would love to know if there is something exciting going on where you are or if you have?discovered something wonderful…..Lots to cover today and forewarning, this is a rather lengthy post. Pour yourself a second cup of coffee:)

HOUSE UPDATES. I present to you today, the finished bedrooms and baths of the boys, this is very exciting to have some completed spaces!! I got one sample of the smaller knob for pantry and so glad I went with my gut on that one, so appreciate all your input, I know to some it seemed trivial but to me, it was important. Wallpaper ordered for powder rooms, very pleased with my choices. Family room and breakfast room has been painted. Front entrance is the big news around here this week, so included several pictures. Most surfaces and completed rooms are now swathed in paper and plastic so not much to photograph, but here is what I have…..A little frustrating as much of the house is now “under wraps” so the posts might be a little light over the next week or two. I am sad to say I don’t think I will be there by Thanksgiving seeing that its next week. Yes I am so anxious to be there but at some point you also tell yourself you are only capable of making so much happen, the rest you just need to let it go. And that, my friends is what I am doing, letting it go, trying to be patient and sit tight. Easy it is not. We are working as fast and furious as we possibly can to get in ASAP.?

A GREAT BOOK ABOUT TRAVELING THROUGH ITALY. Next best thing to being there, and a little bit of therapy in a book! I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed it. Aptly named “Go slow Italy” it is about taking the slow road through Italy’s countryside (sounds good already, huh) and how to unplug and relax and enjoy the ride. ?It reads like the journal of a friend that talks about the best of Italy’s local offerings from local intimate hotels to quaint restaurants all embracing the?sustainable food movement. Hear about innkeepers and vintners, you get the idea…yes, very worth the read if this is your sort of thing…. It is very much mine. A keeper! (I also bought one as a gift for Christmas for someone who ?I know also enjoys this kind of book)

LIGHTING FOR MY FAMILY ROOM. As the one room we are planning out is coming together, we are working on lighting. This room calls for iron lighting of a very large scale. My architect had something slightly Gothic in mind as it goes so well with the architecture of the room.

There is a lot going on of course at the house, the front entrance is really moving and shaking now and has totally transformed the front facade of the house, its exciting to see it nearly done though the scaffolding is blocking the view, its looking really beautiful.
LOL, in other words at this point I have resigned myself to the fact that I may not be having my Thanksgiving turkey in my new house BUT I will be having my Christmas turkey there! That much I know for sure. So…..here we go with this weeks happenings. Would love to know if there is something exciting going on where you are or if you have discovered something wonderful…..Lots to cover today and forewarning, this is a rather lengthy post. Pour yourself a second cup of coffee:)

First congratulations to the lucky winner of the Scout Deano tote! I used random picker to determine a winner, and the lucky winner is………..

We are working as fast and furious as we possibly can to get in ASAP.

It reads like the journal of a friend that talks about the best of Italy’s local offerings from local intimate hotels to quaint restaurants all embracing the sustainable food movement. Hear about innkeepers and vintners, you get the idea…yes, very worth the read if this is your sort of thing…. It is very much mine. A keeper! (I also bought one as a gift for Christmas for someone who  I know also enjoys this kind of book)

LIGHTING FOR MY FAMILY ROOM. As the one room we are planning out is coming together, we are working on lighting. This room calls for iron lighting of a very large scale. My architect had something slightly Gothic in mind as it goes so well with the architecture of the room. These are all from the exquisite handwork of Arte De Mexico.  Here are a few samples of a few fixtures and sconces that are the direction we are heading into…thoughts?

LETTERPRESS STATIONERY. I have been a long time fan of stationery. All kinds. Seriouly nuts for it. Whether or not I need it. I just love looking at it. Things I am loving Thursday and house updates!!

Good morning everyone! ?Oh boy, loooong week here, patience wearing thin. Haven’t done much of anything that isn’t somehow house related (but some exciting things nonetheless) and I thought this was going to be a shorter post than usual but as it turns out ironically its turning out to be a lengthier post than usual..so hope you have a few extra minutes on your hands, to sit back and relax for a few! Also I got a lot of questions regarding sconces, cabinet colors, etc….am getting that information for you together and will hopefully post answers on Saturday.

Anywho, things are buttoning up, and we really might be able to move in by Thanksgiving. By the skin of our teeth. In sleeping bags. Just kidding about the sleeping bags part. I am hoping, crossing my fingers and my toes and very much counting on it, but its cautious optimism at this point my friends and could go either way. So first results from our weekly “Which would you choose” then?house updates and then a few other goodies. Not a lot of goodies, mind you as I really haven’t had a lot of opportunity to do much that isn’t house related but I am not complaining!

Here are the results of this weeks “Which would you choose”……must say like many of you indicated, I was really torn between a few, and happy that 2 of my tops made it into the finalist rounds!
Here we go……

HOUSE UPDATES. We are making big progress, yes I know I have been saying this for a loooooooong time now. Believe no one feels how long its been more than me! But at last I really am starting to see a light at the end of a tunnel here. Carpeting is getting installed today! Doorknobs got put in late yesterday and look fabby. I cannot wait to have an “unwrapping and cleaning party”. Never will housework look like and be so incredibly joyful as it will that fine day.
Everything we have done is pretty much all covered up with?paper, special cardboard (our builder is very meticulous) the only downside is all the beauty is well covered up and frankly I am a little tired of seeing all that paper! ?A big development was the installation of the floor in the tower…LOVE is the only word that comes to mind, I really am thrilled with how it came out.
I just want to rip it all off and stare and marvel at all we have done. In due time, I know. To some including my husband who thinks I am delirious it might seem crazy, but I still want to be in there right before Thanksgiving. Yes, the whole house will not be done, yes there will still be lots of work going on and yes it will be a major pain that no doubt I well curse myself for at least a few dozen times BUT at least I will be home. That’s how I look at this…I am ready, have been ready and just about reached my threshold. Got there pretty late so the outside pics for lack of a better word are pretty pathetic, but you get the idea…..

Front entrance making headway, it was just about dark by the time I got there…

The long awaited entry/tower floor!!!!!!!!!!
Love it…..

POSSIBLE SLABS FOR MY ISLAND. So….my good buddy and I made a day trip and drove upstate to CT. and saw two slabs that actually work really nicely with my kitchen and current countertops. Only problem is that this company is also a fabricator and they want to do the job whereas we have already contracted a local person to fabricate the entire house. So..now we are trying to work this out. This is the first marble I have seen that works so I am excited but only if we can work out a deal. I am hoping, here are the pics, if you look carefully you will see a small piece of marble being held up next to them,??that’s a piece from my countertops…what do you think? Feel free to weigh in…….its a really good match, the veining is very nice but not overpowering as some are. I don’t want it to take away from other things going on in the kitchen. Fingers crossed. Anyone who has shopped for stone I know understands what this is all about…….

So here’s the match, the small piece at right is my current coutertops

ONE HECK OF A DELICIOUS DINNER. OK I loved feeling like I was Mario Batali, actually on second though lets go with Giada, yeah I think I like feeling and looking like Giada better:) So Tiffany over at Savor Home,(awesome blog by the way that I ?newly discovered)??posted her ridiculously professionally looking pictures of this dish for a contest and shared the recipe. I was so inspired that I made it that very night. Well……Let me tell you in four words….OUT OF THIS WORLD.
?It was not difficult, and it was soooooooooo good. The key is getting really good clams, I was lucky we have a fabulous seafood shop not too far who caters to all the restaurants in the area and they get the good Manila clams (vongele) and I cannot tell you how delicious this was. Not a drop left!! Sharing the recipe with you, its a “must make” kind of recipe. You owe it to yourself and to your family to do “the right thing” :)?So I am using Tiffany’s amazing picture..because we all know there is no way I could take one that could look that good! ?Recipe to follow…..

Spaghetti with clams

  • 1 pound dried spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 shallots?thinly sliced
  • 5 to 7 cloves garlic?finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 pounds Manila clams, scrubbed clean
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter,?diced into small cubes
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested, for garnish
Directions
In a large pot, bring to a boil 6 quarts of salted water. Add pasta, stirring constantly in the beginning to prevent it from sticking together. Cook until al dente?about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large saute pan. When almost smoking, add shallots and garlic and saute until soft and translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the clams and wine. Cover and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until most clams have opened.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. Whisk in butter to thicken sauce slightly.
Drain pasta in a colander.?Do not rinse pasta with water – this will remove the pasta’s natural starches. Place pasta into the clam saute pan and mix thoroughly. Check seasoning.
Pour pasta into large serving bowl. Zest lemon over the dish, being careful not to zest the white part of the lemon, which is bitter. Garnish with remaining parsley. Serve immediately and be sure to save an extra helping for yourself (Giada would not say that she would say make sure your guests have plenty first but when you see how good it is you will see why my advice trumps hers)

A REALLY GREAT HOLD EVERYTHING TOTE BAG. Got an amazing tote bag that literally holds just about everything but the kitchen sink, I kid you not. In addition to being super utilitarian it is also quite good looking and HUGE, and this particular tote comes in 19 spiffy fabrics, something for everyone!!
Drain pasta in a colander. Do not rinse pasta with water – this will remove the pasta’s natural starches.

Hi and good morning. Been a busy week here, a very crazy week punctuated by some great times (my oldest sons birthday, so proud of him) and some very hectic and stressful times as well, mostly house biz that I cannot wait to be over!
Ever have one of those weeks where literally every five minute block is counted for? Well, that’s been my week. It was over the top, to the point that I had to even think about having enough time to grab a cup of coffee, and all I craved was a single hour with nothing to do. At last, today is finally that day where I only have one thing to do and other than that the day is all mine…am so looking forward to it! Then of course are my normal house updates and a few things I am loving. Hope you are having a great week, anything you are loving….I would love to hear about! And last, I know we all like to know which bedroom “won” from this weeks “Which would you choose” so here are the top four. I practically needed an accountant to help me “crunch the numbers” there was such a big response to this post. Thank you all for participating in the fun, I really love seeing what everyone is loving.

What can I say? My readers have exquisite taste!! These were my top four as well and it was a dead tie between the first two for me. No wonder we all like each other:)

Also if I may make a comment about leaving comments. I get many, many emails a day  which I try to answer, but many of these are from people wanting to leave a comment thinking that by emailing me they are leaving a comment. To leave a comment, you click on “Leave a comment” on the bottom and there is a small down menu which will give you the option to sign in with gmail or blogger or just list your name or sign in anonymously. And now onto the post….

HOUSE UPDATES. This week is really anti climatic in terms of what I have to show you. There is a lot going on BUT whats happening is as soon as they are done, they are covering up everything! I can’t wait to furiously start ripping off the paper and boards! On top of that, I haven’t been able to get to the house much this week, but by next week will have pictures of the front being put up (limestone surround for front door), finished family room, the color came out amazing, the floors upstairs are done! So, I think next week will be a little more exciting as far as house updates but nevertheless, here are a few pictures…

They had to uncover the stairs just for an afternoon so I took a few pictures, but its all covered up again

Living room is done, but being used as a temporary storage/workshop
Egg and dart almost done here, hard to see it was getting dark
Clearing area past future patio

Master all done, floors are finished and therefore covered up

The following is the finished landing of the back stair hall (not yet stained though)

Closets are getting done, this is our downstairs guest closet
Molding about done on main floor arches
Love how they finished out the window sills in the stair hall

A MOVIE I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE. My afternoons with Marguerite……has anyone seen this French film? This looks so wonderful and endearing, you got to hand it to the Europeans, they are still producing quality movies about real stories about real people. Unlike Hollywood who seems to think if there is not an excess amount of vulgarity, blood, violence, sex and raunchiness they won’t sell (sadly they are probably right). Just my humble opinion though every now and then a great movie does come along (just wish it was more often). On a side note, went to see “Whats your number” with a friend (who wanted to see it, I knew nothing about it) It was possibly the worst “chic flick” I have ever seen, do not waste you ten dollars this movie totally exemplifies to perfection my point above. On the other hand this looks like a very sweet tender story……Click here to see the short but entertaining trailer. Going next week with a dear friend and cannot wait!

It is basically about this huge almost illiterate man who has a chance encounter sitting next to this highly intelligent ,well read cultured older lady, and she soon opens up a new world to him by reciting poetry, and sharing her love of reading with him as they have regular meetings in the park, in turn allowing him to reveal an intellect he didn’t know he had. She opens a new world for him and thus a beautiful friendship develops…how sweet is that!! (Plus anything with Gerard Depardieu…..)
A ROOM UNDERWAY. I am so excited, one room we have started working on to complete is our family room. We selected, after looking many months, the rug which was found at Safavieh in NYC! Once then, did it allowed us to plow ahead into looking for fabrics and furniture to complete the family room, no doubt the one room we will living in. I am really loving what I have so far……mostly rich blues, camels with a check and herringbone, very “Ralph”. So a little sneak peak at the rug and as to what we are doing…..
No,  that’s not me up there…another customer!

Fabrics….so far blue will be the big sofa, the check will be a covered ottoman and the seat of a leather chair, herringbone will be a pair of chairs and that paisley will be possibly a chair and definitely pillows.
FUN BOOTS. How cute are these? I love them! Discovered them on horse country chic, and am ordering myself a pair TODAY and lo and behold its raining AGAIN. Wish I had them today. You know my love for monograms and NY has never seen so much rain, so these are a must have. Love the idea! Click here to visit the Zoubaby’s website.
Well, that’s about it on this end…would love to know if there is anything that you are loving or want to share! Would love to know. Wishing you all a wonderful day.
