Hi there. So how are you are things going in your world? Are you busy yet with the holiday rush? I have to say its really starting to “hit me” and that’s not a bad thing  just the reality and a reminder that its high time to get my gift buying done and wrap up my holiday decorating (which I am well under way with but its a work in progress).  I have been very busy but staying afloat though some days I really feel like I am gasping for air to just manage getting through the day and accomplishing all I set out to do! Lately I have really been burning the midnight oil…….lots to cover here, be back late Monday!

One very exciting thing happening at my house besides the holiday decor getting completed is that our patios/outside masonry work is well underway. Very very happy with how its coming along, so here’s a peek of things in progress, very exciting!

Everything looks prettier on a misty foggy morning, don’t you think?

Lot’s more to come…its still very much a work in progress but getting there!

Sofinally ordering the window treatment for my husbands bath. He has been beyond patient with my ADD, “delay” in getting this done. So here’s the deal, I ordered a beautiful linen blend to do a tailored roman shade, (off white and neutral) and here’s my choice in tapes. This is narrowed down to four, all which go beautifully with the floor. Here’s where you come in,  I  would love your input, which do you like best for his bathroom? Love to hear your opinions!!

Here is the window for the tailored roman shade with a three sided tape……

I would love to invite my readers and fellow bloggers to submit a picture or two of your holiday decor. Please email me with your pictures of your holiday decor!  I LOVE seeing whats going on in your homes and plan to do a post featuring my readers holiday homes around Dec. 20th. So please send in your pictures, up until Dec. 18th, cannot wait to see what you come up with! Here’s a few beautiful pictures from a dear friends home……..so come on now it’s your turn! Email me your pictures to [email protected]

Very pretty!

I think I might have to join Christmas decorators anonymous….I am on a kick now and its unstoppable. I am finally getting into the holiday decorating spirit and my approach this year is doing a little bit every day. You have to understand doing this first week of Dec is VERY early for me…..  according to  my calendar I am waaaay ahead of the curve ball people! Here’s a few snaps of the latest, I am going to do a whole post on it next week sometime. (taken with my iPhone so don’t judge)

OK I admit it, I am not a huge red person…..had to switch the bow (put the red plaid in the kitchen for now) I love this mossy green, one of my favorite colors and green and brown go together like caramel and chocolate……….

This is my “blingy” vignette….and I love the way it looks at night….all sparkly and festive

This green bow is just more “me”…..but I do think the red is very pretty, don’t get me wrong!

Yes, I am enjoying the process…now its time to get busy and concentrate on my tree!

Movies…Oh how I love a good movie. And just as I was saying how longs its been since I have seen anything really exceptional…along comes Anna Karenina. Boy, was it AMAZING. I loved it, wanted to jump in and be part of it and never leave (always say I was born in the wrong era) I just didn’t want it to end and just as it was ending, I was reminded that it was 2012, the land of big malls, soccermoms in velour sweatsuits, warehouse shopping, everyone with a techy gadget glued to their ear, it was like waking up from a beautiful dream that you don’t want to end. So yes I recommend it highly especially if you love period films like I do…….

Here’s the trailer…..

And another movie that looks really really good is the theatrical remake of the classic, The Great Gatsby. Leo looks perfect as a modern day Jay, check out the trailer…..love me a good movie season!

Store biz

Got some new French tea/bar towels in, great styles, great holiday gifts. With a bottle of wine, what could be greater!  (These are all made in France) Under new arrivals in the online store.

And here are some GORGEOUS new porcelain pieces I got in…….

And you know the wonderful soap/candy dishes, well imagine my delight over finally getting it in blue and white, plus some other beautiful new patterns……..I think this given with a beautiful box of soaps or box of candy would make a wonderful gift, and in fact I will be giving it myself to a few.

Your energy is amazing…I barely have a reef up. Too much of my time went to my Showroom, our huge event, and thanks to your post, I am reminded that i need to attend to my home! Your decorations are beautiful, especially your glam console.Am off to see Anna Karenina to night, I have read the book so many times, I can’t wait!!

Dear Tina,

I have stumbled across your blog and shop for the first time today via two other blogs as I adored the monogrammed soaps on a virtual Christmas shopping list. I am hooked and have been reading your past blogs, your guest post on The Buzz etc. all morning!

I would LOVE to enter your fabulous giveaway – SO many gorgeous things to choose but the one that leapt out for me was the Carving Board, I’d love it with three initials in vine – just sublime. I’d have loved that as a wedding present – we had a monogrammed cake and it would be a perfect reminder.

Congratulations on such a wonderful blog, shop and your beautiful home.

Louise R.

Love your house Tina!! What are those pretty bushes called? I wish we had them in Florida but I will try to get something similar. Your house looks beautiful decorated for Christmas! I love it! And I hope I win those soaps! Do you put your husband’s initial on the left and yours on the right? Thanks sweetie!! XOXO

Good Morning Tina,

Patios looking terrific and I agree that on a overcast day some of the best photos can be taken outdoors. They just feel so realistic.

On Husband’s window treatment I like the Robert Allen tape best. It has a nice shape to it.

Good for you with the Christmas Decor and everything is beautiful and you’ll notice the season will feel longer….love it!.

Thanks for sharing the movie tips and your store goodies it’s feeing like Christmas everywhere now especially in blogland.

I’d love to accept the winning soaps and/or towels either one would make someone somewhere happy for sure lol!

Cheers!

Bette

Hi Tina, your bathrooms really are stunning. Any one of those tapes would be beautiful; if it were me I would probably choose the Robert Allen for its pattern and the color of its background. The terrace looks absolutely amazing. Love your plantings as well. We saw Anna Karenina two weeks ago – I also think I was born in the wrong century. πŸ˜‰
xo,
Phyllis

Hello! One of the silver trays is already on my Christmas list, it would look lovely holding olive oils and vinegars next to our range. Def Robert Allen it just called out to me and looks amazing next to that fantastic floor.

Hi Tina! What a beautiful post! You’ve inspired me to continue with my Christmas decorating – I tend to put it all out in one fell swoop and then say “done!” But there’s always more to do, right? I’d love to join your contest. My favorite items in your store now are your bread bowls and monogrammed soaps. And the adorable napkin rings! Too much good stuff! Merry Christmas!
xo, Laura K.

Hello, What a beautiful home you are building! I absolutely love the detailed patterns in your patio – great idea. Since that bathroom is your husbands, I would go with the Calvin Klein tape since it’s darker and more masculine. That bathroom would look amazing with darker accessory accents. Looking forward to your next post – great stuff! Jill C.

Hi Tina and happy holidays, as for your husband’s bathroom, I liked the Robert Allen fabric for a contrast, but I know whatever you choose will be beautiful. Love to get the blue and white soap dish under my tree!

Cheryl P.

I am putting SW05 the beautiful silver planter on my list. I have been eyeing for some time now. I love the floor in your husband’s bath, gorgeous. I’m hoping you pick the tape that has dark stripe, that has a a very nice masculine feel to it. Just beautiful. Still loving my bell jars.
Patricia B

I love your style and will be sending my holiday pics soon. I would love to win any of the napkin rings. xo

Just in love with your home and your elegant style! I love your decor, oh my you should make a book! I also enjoy your wit and fun way of expressing yourself. Lovely new things in the shop especially the rings and porcelains.

Loved Anna Karenina also- didn’t know about Great Gatsby.

Thabjs for this beautiful post, I love all your things but a dough bowl or bell jar i are at the top of my list-

I adore the hunting dog salt and peppers and they would fit perfectly in a stocking. HA! We have goldens and what golden lover wouldn’t want these silver beauties! Beautiful. Thanks for the giveaway. Crossing my fingers. Erin K. (holiday with mary at comcast dot net)

The Highland Court tape caught my eye immediately – simple, yet reinforcing the beautiful floor with good contrast. As for your store – everything is so lovely and I really should give my wonderful sister one of your fabulous Ginger Jar Pillows.

By the way – your home is a dream – cannot wait to see the complete finished product. Maybe Elle Decor will do an article on it???

Another great giveaway!! I really would love absolutely anything you sell but I am really wanting the Staffordshire dogs right now. Still love the carving board too!!

You have a wonderful range of things, and it’s obvious that they’ve all been chosen with a lot of thought and love. My favorite is the mango wood bowl with squirrel and acorn scoop, although the napkin rings are beautiful, too.

Oh my gosh, I cannot believe you are doing another giveaway! I’m so excited to get my dough bowls!! I think the piece that I love right now is the planter in blue and white. It’s beautiful.

Your holiday decor is gorgeous Tina and I love how the terrace is coming along!
I am still coveting The Spanish Olive Trays!

The soaps would be such a luxury to have!

It is always a treat to visit your store….I get lost in all the beautiful things. Love the bell jar lateens, also love the soaps and towels. Lovely giveaway, throw my name in! Diane

It is so hard to choose one thing from your shop! All of the things you have chosen are so beautiful and tasteful. Today I love the silver planters with feet. Every time I visit your shop I see something else I love. Absolutely fabulous!

What a great store. Every time I look at it there are more things I like. One of the items I like is the NEEDLEPOINT PILLOW Item number P13-18×14

Tina, it is so hard to pick just one thing from your shop!! I absolutely love everything! I love the wooden trivets, the silver planters, the bell jars are just fabulous too! Thank you for always sharing pictures of your beautiful home and for sharing your thoughts and humor about life and things that we all can relate to as busy women!

Tina,
I love the monogrammed soap and the bread bowl… I have coveting them for some time. You home is gorgeous. I anxiously await your emails. Thank you for brightening my day!
Blessings
Kate

The Robert Allen tape is a must. Love the little animal napkin rings. So cute!!!

Betsy C.

I love the new french tea towels especially the one with the red borders. Of course, you have so many lovely items in your shop it is so hard to choose! Thank you for sharing the updates on your home I love to see them and love to observe your decorating techniques. I’m learning so much. Thank you for this fun opportunity.

Mary M.

Really enjoying your site. I love the bread bowls from your store and the monogram soaps are lovely. Look forward to more beautiful ideas.
Valerie D

Great musings…regarding the roman shade tape, I really like the touch of black (or darker brown) that appears in the circle design…a bit more masculine and the black really weighs down all the neutrals. Look forward to seeing your final choice.

Beautiful collection of napkin rings and yes, Anna Karenina was beautifully done. Was lovely to see the English countryside (home)

Good morning, sweet Tina!! You patios are so beautiful – I was thinking when I read your post how gorgeous your home is and how you have made it look so much like home in a short period of time. This is my decorating weekend and I can assure you my finished project will look like your “just getting started”! Needless to say, I probably won’t be sending you a photo to share of my decorated home. πŸ™‚

As you know, my passion is travel, not decorating, but I will throw in my 2 cents for the Robert Allen trim.

I spent a long time perusing your shop the other day and am vacillating between giving the link to my husband to buy me things for Christmas or just ordering a few things myself and letting him put them under the tree (usually safer). Right now, I am coveting the bread bowls, the monogrammed linens and the crystal urn candles.

Have a wonderful weekend!! xoxoxox

I love your shop!i have pursed it on more then one occasion. I love, love, love silver plate. However the candles are to die for ! With 2 dogs 2 cats and a smallish house we need beautiful scented anything, but those sound yummy!
As always enjoyed my cup of coffee with you!

The French tea towels, especially with the image of cheese, are lovely. I am interested in learning more about French wine and cheese and that would help me get started! Your bread bowls are also wonderful. Have a great weekend. Carol M.

I was just introduced to your blog by my sister, and your house project is stunning. I’m anxious to backtrack and look at the progress from the beginning. I love the Robert Allen tape, but wish it had a bit of the darker brown for more contrast. At your shop, I’m a pushover for blue and white porcelain, but I particlarly like the dragon ginger jar.

The large 22″ x 18″ silver tray has been emailed to hubby as a Christmas “suggestion” from me:) Let’s hope he takes the hint! The monogrammed soaps and French linen towels are a terrific idea for distant cousins, Aunts & Uncles… So glad to get them from you. Thanks!,

Great patio and landscaping design particularly the pattern in the stone work of your patio where you will most likely place a dinning table and chairs~ lovely.
I love the Robert Allen~ it is a nice contrast and interesting design for the roman shade in your husband’s bathroom.

I would LOVE to add the new cheese board to my Christmas list! The wood one with pewter pear branch handles (NA16). Gorgeous! Thank you,

Tina, your home is lovely. I just discovered your blog today. What a serene, warm place to come home to. I like both the Robert Allen tape and the Highland Court tape for the shade. Thank your for taking the time to share your journey with us. It is so much fun to get decorating ideas from others.

who can resist a french bar towel? not i.

keep decking your halls, bizzymama. it’s good for the soul. i did a little yesterday, and there was magic in the air. something spiritual was happening. one of the most difficult challenges in our family’s history, yet all these hearts full of peace and reassurance. the lyrics of the christmas carols have new depth of meaning for me this year.

smiles to you.

michele

Firstly, I would choose the Robert Allen tape for your husband’s bathroom.

Secondly, I absolutely love your silver and pewter napkin rings. I would buy them all. We had an unexpected family tragedy and had to fly back to Australia so my mad money was spent on travel but I will save up again and these napkin rings are first on my list.

Honestly, I love everything in your store. My favorites would be the monogramed soaps and cheese boards. I love everything you are doing with your home. I am almost ready to start a large project at my home, so it has been great inspiration following you! Cathy E

On my Christmas list would be money or a gift card to finish decorating our powder room in our new home! If we are talking about things from your store, then I would have to say the canvas art, especially the equestrian art! LOVE,LOVE,LOVE IT!
Pam R. @ [email protected]

I am in love with blue and white and have a collection of 1860’s transferware and some very old Spode Copeland Blue Willow. Your hand painted temple and ginger jars and lamps mix nicely with the antiques.
Lovely blog!
Jennifer R.

Hi Tina,
Lovely to see your home evolve. The bathroom is beautiful and I’m liking the darker tape (Duralee)…it seems to give a nice contrast to the fabric. The Xmas decorations are also beautiful… all the greenery is elegant!

Your shop continues to delight! I wish I could buy everything!! he he…! The napkin holders are so charming. Especially the dachshunds…they’re my favorite. With this holiday it would be nice to have some to brighten the dining table!

Thanks for offering the giveaway… and as always a pleasure to see your blog in my inbox!
Olga B.

Love the Robert Allen trim because it appears to be the reverse of the floor, strong enough to stand up with the floor and not too busy.. Beautiful room.

H

HI Tina,
I would love to enter and my initals are MWW. I would like several things under my tree but love the blue/white wastepaper basket, toothbrush holder, and kleenex holder. I am also loving the P22 the needlepoint pillow with the man riding the horse. I feel like I am writing a letter to Santa. I do enjoy your blog so much and what fun decorating your new home for Christmas this year. It looks beautiful.
The circle tape is the tape that I would use in the bathroom for your husband but know that whatever you decide it will be wonderful.
Merry Christmas…. Marlene

Hi Tina. I would love to enter. I would love for the large round trivet to find its way under my tree. I love your blog and the pictures of your home are spectacular. I just showed my son a couple of them and told him I was moving in with you…lol
Merry Christmas,
Kimberly V.

Your Christmas decorations are sooo pretty. My very favorite is the beautiful wreath with the mossy green bow…looks so beautiful on the iron door. I love the holidays so much…the shopping, decorting and entertaining…I just love it all. XO, Mona

WOW!!! You’re amazing Tina! You’re home is like out of a fairy tale… so magical! You have such an eye for detail, can you come over to my house to decorate?! It looks like you’re having an amazing Holiday season!

much love,
Desiree

Hi Tina, I never tire of seeing your magnificent home, sigh. Thank goodness you have the good taste to know how to decorate it, nothing is sadder than seeing a beautiful home being lived in by someone who has no taste to decorate it. You do this magnificent home proud. As large and formal as it is you bring a sense of warmth into it, and that is a gift. You are so talented.
Loved Anna Karenina, would see it again, those are my favorite genre of films.
Your store goodies just get better! I love it all, from the bell jars to dough bowls, the blue and white porcelain to your gorgeous needlepoint pillows. In fact I want a pair of the pheasants from Santa πŸ™‚

Thanks for sharing all the fun you are having.

Hi Tina,
Each of the tapes is so lovely – I can’t choose! Everything in your store is beautiful and unique. The dachshund napkin ring is one thing I really love. Thanks for doing these giveaways and sharing your home. [email protected]

Hi Tina, I like the Robert Allen as well, but I’m really drawn to the one on the far left (Duralee?). I think it would be really pretty in the space. It’s between those two for me, so I’m slightly leaning to the left. πŸ™‚

Hummm love all the tapes but the R.Allen one to me looks perfect. I like that its the reverse of the floor and just enough to add interest but not compete. What a beautiful bathroom.

Your home oh your home so so so beautiful. I can see you are having fun and I remember that feeling of moving into a new home and decorating it to the nines (not nearly as big) You have done a sensational job, its all so elegant. Are you having any holiday parties?

ALL your items are so pretty and very much my taste. Love the ginger jar pillows, all the silver and would love to find a dough bowl from Santa!

Always enjoy your blog and your shop is lovely…especially the pillows. Like the monogramed soaps and French bar towels, too. The design on the patio is wonderful and fits well with your house. My choice for trim would be the Robert Allen. Thanks for taking the time to write your blog.

I think that foggy outdoor photo of your courtyard entrance looks like it could be in a period movie…like Remains of the Day or one of those great ones! I would love to see the new movie you mentioned too, I love those period pieces…it seems as if Anthony Hopkins is in all of them, right? ha
Well I have made no progress decorating, but after tomorrows workshop I hope to have some time next week to focus on my home~its been sadly neglected…so its nice getting inspired by yours. Love the green bow~I am not a red person either, but on our colonial white and grey home red fits…and its the first house I ever had with a red bow at the front door.

I shopped your store and love love love the 2 CHERUBS PLAYING! Thanks for the giveaway, oh yea, I would pick the ribbon with the circles to play off the floor for hubby bath shades!

I LOVE the silver tray SW11. It looks like a real show stopper! I love that it is non-tarnish silver, too. Less polishing leaves more time to put on shows!

Lorin A

Great choices for your husbands bath. Love the Robert Allen tape.

Now as far as your shop……..i have trouble choosing one or two things cause I love everything!

Your stonework is gorgeous!!! (as is everything in your beautiful home!) Am hoping to receive one of your Bavarian bread boards or one of your Spanish olive trays! Love them both!

The patio is gorgeous. I love the center pattern. It fits in beautifully with your home. I love the new dauchund carrying a dauchund napkin ring! Thank you for the giveaway.

Tina, as always I look forward to your daily blogs. Your home is fabulous and I love every single item in your shop. I think that the sliver tray # SW05 is especially lovely and would look wonderful in my power room filled with flowers.

I think you do need a google account to leaves comment.

I think anything you choose for the shade will be gorgeous. as for my Christmas list, anything from your blue and white collection.

I just may have to check out those movies. Any of the soap dishes would look beautiful with monogramed soap sitting in it. Penny K

The Nut Crackers on the vignette are so darling Tina.. love all the gold there too!! The simple greens with white flowers is always my favorite. The patio is going to be gorgeous.. can’t believe all that work is going on over the busy holiday season {I’d probably be stressed..} I’m formulating a list of movies for my time off over the holidays and I’ll add these πŸ™‚ Enjoy your weekend Tina!

Tina
I love everything in your store, but I still love the canvas prints, silver trays and dough bowls. I love the new ebony cherub soap dish also . I would love the monogrammed soaps and tea towels . Your Christmas decor is beautiful. It is so much fun decorating a new home for the first Christmas. I know you are thoroughly enjoying every minute .I look forward to seeing the trees, etc.
I too love the Robert Allen fabric for your husband’s bath. But, I am sure either would look great.
Now , I need to continue working on my decorations ….
Kathy P.

What a beautiful home you have! This giveaway makes me so happy. So nice of you to give all those that enter a chance to win these beautiful items. Oh, and I visited your shop and I think Christmas is the perfect time to bring out the silver! I saw a beautiful silver piece with elegant scrollwork that I wish I could purchase. I’m adding it to my wish list.

You patio is gorgeous like everything else in your house but what’s most beautiful is your always positive attitude!! Your posts are always so rich and complex and if feels like you spend a LOT of time on them. Thanks so much for this effort for us!
xo
Sharon

Definitely would place the triple initial silver pendant on my Christmas list…and the white moss pedestal urn to hold poinsettias in the front entry! Happy Holidays! Kim W.

First off, your patio looks beautiful!! As for the trim on the roman shade, my favorites are the Robert Allen one and the one to the far left…but any of the choices would be gorgeous with that amazing tile! I think that beautiful new celadon porcelain and metal tray will be making its way to the top of my Christmas list!! Love, love, love all the new items in the store, sooo hard to choose!!
Lauren L.

Tina dear, you have more energy than ME! ANd I thought I was a pistol loaded with ideas and endless energy! WOW how lovely is your new walkway and hedges! This is going to be absolutely fun to watch your garden spring up this new year! I will see if I can get any decent pictures of my home, but with all the orders I have been filling, my house is not even decorated yet.

You are so generous and lovely to extend this invitation to join you in the holiday celebration. May GOD bless your home and you my lovely one. Anita

TINA! We just crossed each others’ paths this morning! I cannot tell you how much your comments mean to me. I struggled last night as I banged out that post; I knew what I wanted to say, but writers get these BLOCKS! I am so happy that you “got it” and that you were moved….yes dearest, that is my goal, to MOVE my audience.

Oh you are so kind and sweet to come to see me in my humble corner of blogland! HAVE FUN AT THE MANOR! Anita

Tina, love the bath floor and the robert allen gets my vote, but all could work. That one I can most visualize.
Love your home anytime but during the holidays, it is truly spectacular! I can see a lot of love has goe into making it look so beautiful. We just put up our tree and it feels great.

Adore your napkin rings, have four and planning on adding to the collection, they are so special and great things to pass on.

I am seeing Anna Karenina tomorrow with my daughter, we love period flicks. Enjoy your decorating, would love to win and my first choice item in your shop is the floral etched bell jar!
Amanda P.

Of all the items I have not yet bought from your store, I would pick the Fabulous Show-Stopping Large Planter, mostly because it is all of that and more. I would chose the Robert Allen trim for your husband’s bath, although all of the trims are suitable and lovely. Today will be spent planting fruit trees and continuing with my Christmas decorating…this is Florida folks.
Best…Victoria

Loved seeing the inside of your house decorated for Christmas. It is impossible for me to decide on one thing from your store, but I recently hosted my sister’s family for Thanksgiving and wished I had orderd the pheasants for the table.

Melissa B.

I would love to land one of your beautiful silver planters, but the soaps and towel would be a lovely suprise! Thanks for sharing your Christmas decor, it is stunning!

I love the Robert Allen tape without a doubt it totally complements the Laser cut tile pattern in the floor! Cannot wait to see the finished room! I calso cannot wait to see the the 2 two Napkin rings that I won at the last give away, I am sure they will be fabulous!
Always great giveaways!
xo Karolyn- THe Relished Roost

I forgot to comment on your trim. My first choice is the unlabeled swatch on the far left. The second choice is the Robert Allen. It’s hard to tell exactly from photos, but my guess is that the two on the right are too stark against the creamy shade, particularly from a distance.

i spy with my little eyes those monogram soaps, french hand towels and the lovey gold scalloped tray. πŸ™‚

Tina, I LOVE your patio! We are finishing up a much smaller remodel job and your blog has been such a fantastic source of inspiration for me! I would love a moss colored planter (or two) under my Christmas tree!
Jenell B

I love the canvas art..the one with mother and child.
As for the trim in the bath, I prefer the dark brown one.
Your home looks wonderful!
I was directed to your blog when I took the Home Goods test to find out my style. They were right, I find so many things that are similar.
Peggy Hunt

I just WISH Santa would put that “Herend” tureen on my dining room table!!! The soaps and towels are perfect presents… The patio and landscaping are going to be amazing! Highland Court or Robert Allen may be my top choices for the roman shade trim/tape. Happy Christmas Season! THANKS, [email protected] Marty Weathers

I MUST have a long, skinny dough bowl for my island made of 100 year old black walnut!!! πŸ™‚

The decor is simply breathtaking. So beautiful, that green is one of my all time favorite colors. I just painted a study that color on the walls and it is so gorgeous. I love every one of your touches, from your wreath to your blingy vignette.

Love your store too and anything I have bought I have been very happy with. Next on my list is the tulip belljar for a vestibule off my living room and two of the those large new ginger jars. Love it all, what can I say and would love to win the soaps or French tea towel. Thanks and happy holiday season to you, Tina.

OK, I’m going to have to be a contrarian here and say that I prefer the darkest tape (the one towards the top-“Duralee”?
It is the most masculine and will have more impact. The others, in my humble opinion, are almost too perfectly matched and will really blend in.

Your hardscaping is looking fantastic, as are all your Christmas decorations- jealooos!!
xxSP

Oh I simply love the vintage round wood bread bowls. I make bread every week and would really love to have one of these; please Santa?

Kristin F

Your taste and talent are exquisite- I eagerly look forward to reading your blog every day. I’d pick the “Highland Court” interlocking rings for the tape on your husband’s roman shade. From your shop, I’d be thrilled to have any one of your beautiful silver trays. I’d love to win one of the French tea towels!
Penny Kay

Dear Tina,
I vote for the Robert Allen trim for your hubby’s bath as I am doing a similar roman shade for my kitchen with this same trim (with the blue background). The item I love most in your store is AP55 the large blue and white ginger jar. Trudi R

Thank you for posting those trailers, they are on the top of my list for the silly season and Les Mis as well. I do love a Baz movie and in fact any period drama is up there as my favourite genre. Your house is looking amazing, love your beautiful paving, that pattern. Just glorious.

Oh how I love that tureen. Santa please…
Thanks for the giveaway. Your Christmas decorations look beautiful. Especially love the poinsettas in the kitchen.

I love the porcelain dishes with dore mounts. I have an original piece that use for soap in the powder room. So afraid that some little hand will knock it to the ground, shattering a century of beauty! Now I know where I can get a replacement!

LOVE your wreath and all of your decorations! I also truly love your husbands bath! I would probably choose the Robert Allen tape but I really liked them all! Oh….and your masonry work….amazing! I’m in the mood for a “project” at our house! Not sure exactly what…but I’m feeling the need to do something!

I love the Large Round Trivet and when I close my eyes and imagine it covered with Cheeses and fruits sitting on my coffee table with a wonderful glass of wine I get real excited!

Oh Tina, I LOVE that you posted so many outdoor photos! It’s coming along GREAT!! And I LOVE “CDA” – Christmas Decorations Anonymous πŸ˜‰
Stacy

one can never have too many of your lovely decorations…and i am loving watching progress reports… as we know… is it “ever done”?
we had thanksgiving in my sister’s new home and it felt sooo good. it is so wonderful … and planning a christmas/mom’s birthday celebration
there and then onto our parents for christmas. we are all so blessed to live in such lovely homes…

wishing you a wonderful holiday season… and p.s. i love your new artwork! xx

Love all you decor and I like all the tapes for your husband’s window treatment but I think the Robert Allen is my fave (or the interlocking circles). Sorry I have not commented much of late. I have been sick and 2 of the kids are sick…so no time for blogging or really reading blogs either:(.

I have the RA tape trim in my office right now that I proposed to a client and I do love it, but the black and brown circles is so interesting! The floor is to die for! I absolutely love your pinecone wreath and overflowing urns- you must be so excited for your first Christmas in the new house!!!

Hi! On my list is the canvas print of the adorable little girl and her saint benard. love it!

Love the green bow on the front door wreath!! Makes a beautiful touch and love that it’s different from the traditional red. Stunning!

So many beautiful things in the store but the silver pieces are my favorites, especially the vanity tray. All of the monogrammed soaps are wonderful and would make great gifts. I love the blog and your house is just gorgeous.

Hi Tina,
The house in that mist is so beautiful!!! Loving all that you’ve done in your holiday girl…especially your sparkling tableau!! I have our tree up and the outside looks great….just need to get some fresh greens and give the house that final dose of holiday dazzle! House guest arriving on Thursday for a week, so that will force me to get it done by then!!

Enjoy the preparations!!!
xoxo Elizabeth

Tina….I know this is a very busy time..but if anyone can juggle things…you can. Love the idea of the roman shade with the trim in your husbands bath…the Robert Allen trim looks great with the tile. Cant wait to see the shrubbery added around the patio….it will look great!

Your squirrel nut bowl is a favourite for my xmas list as well as the french tea towels, they are so charming.

Also, I’ve been really wanting to see Anna Karenina and now I want to see it even more!! Thanks for the review!

Tina….. I have been “eyeing” the Pedestal urn (SP06) for a long time now and can visualize it on my entry table with lots of beautiful white flowers! I have to say that would be the item on my list! I would choose the Robert Allen fabric for your husband’s bath. I think it would look sharp! Love your blog….keep up the good work!!!

The tile floor looks fantastic. I also like the wreath on the iron door because it has a majestic effect. My wife would love the home decor items with angels, she collects them.

The tape on the far left. The Robert Allen is a bit predictable and competes with the floor in my opinion.
