Hi there,? so happy? it’s the end of the week. Subconsciously come Friday afternoon, I feel like I don’t have to work quite so hard and look forward to some down time that inevitably comes with the weekend.? I still have a few odds and ends from my Steals and Deals yesterday but not much, the post has been updated to reflect whats still available, click here to visit. I have a busy weekend ahead, with my husbands birthday, a party for a friend and a few appts.

Having fun planning my southern road trip next week, thanks to you? I have all kinds of amazing suggestions to consider. So thank you for as always, being so generous with your recommendations…..I know I am in for a great time.

I am, in between everything else going on, also helping a friend redo a beach house bathroom (master). She knew she wanted it clean and crisp so our idea was to go all white but in the end we added some touches of beige, so we did the Calcutta Gold white marble with touches of Crema Marfil. Very clean and crisp and certainly perfect for a coastal bathroom. It got me thinking though in the process of how many beautiful possibilities for a master bath there really are!

So, thought it would make a fun post. If today, the bathroom fairy knocked on your door to redo your master bathroom..what look would you go for? You know the drill….take a look at all of the beautiful baths shown here and weigh in on which you would choose! Ready? Let’s go……

Hummm…..not an easy choice! Did one jump out at you or did you have to scroll up and down more than once? What elements do you think make up the perfect master bath? Do you tend to do for light, airy and crisp or for something a bit more dramatic and moodier? It will be fun to see which comes out on top! Thank you for stopping by, wishing you a wonderful day and a happy Friday and weekend!

Love the diversity you are showing us, many thanks! My pick is #7, but it is influenced by the beautiful window. Generally, I prefer an ultra modern bathroom with clean and simple lines. Have a fabulous weekend!

Is wallpaper making a comeback?

Good morning Tina! I cast my vote and now I’m off to try to take photos in this dreary, wet weather! I hope your knee is better and that you will enjoy a great day my friend! Anita

Hi Tina I was torn between a few but my favorite look for a master bath is painted cabinetry, beautiful interesting flooring and simple marble counter tops. A free standing tub is a huge perk, 7,4 and 1 all spoke to me. Just beautiful! We are redoing my daughters bathroom this summer so I got a few ideas here.

They were all wonderful but my heart leaped at #11. So warm, cozy and luxurious! I could spend hours in there.

For me it was #12, and I realize that I am choosing one that looks quite a bit like my own master bath, which is one of my favorite rooms in our home. White marble, tile, and wood a marble mosaic on the floor, a few pieces of vintage furniture to add interest, makes me feel like I am visiting a spa. If we moved tomorrow I would want to recreate our bath in our new home and would use the same elements all over again.

Happy Weekend, Tina! Hope you get a lot of relaxation in! XOXO

This post was fun! We moved into a new house 11 months ago and have begun our journey of making it truly our home, but we have not touched our bathroom yet. I dream of what it needs and like this post, pour over photos and try to determine what makes a bathroom great. I think the most important components are comfort and beauty. I hope I can achieve it!

I think most of the bathrooms we lovely. The wall paper in #1 was lovely, weary soft and relaxing feel, but I love the fireplace in #8. I voted for #12 though. It is very similar to my own and I guess that is what I am most comfortable living with.

Must I only choose one? Okay, it would be #12 because it’s classy, timeless and serene!! Happy first day of summer!! Cheers~

There are elements from each that are quite wonderful, but I chose 12 for its warm whites, crisp & clean marble, airy storage and pretty details. Add in a crystal chandelier and some gilding and it would be perfect! I do love the access to a terrace from #3 and the architectural details in some of the others. Such a nice mix to choose from!
