Hi there, feels like forever since I’ve done a post on the house. Busy week over here, working almost full time with my edesign projects and trying to get a few projects in my own home underway, unfortunately its slow going as they keep getting pushed to the backburner. I have so many things I want to do just need more time!

I am going to be posting only 2-3 times a week over the next few weeks, I am extremely busy with my various projects, my online shop and the response to the monogrammed napkin order! I will be away for the day tomorrow so instead of posting the winner Wed. morning I am doing it on Tuesday evening.? Speaking of monogrammed napkins…..

First order of business is to announce the very lucky winner of the 4 custom monogrammed napkins! Congratulations goes to-

?? Beautiful napkins! Love the sage with black Savannah font!
Thanks Tina for another great giveaway
Judy Y.

The response has been incredible to them, they should be up on my online shop in the next 3-5 days. Please contact me to provide your shipping details.

Hope all is well on your end. Here is whats new in my neck of the woods…..

Loving my new camera! Took some pics around the house and loving the quality and clarity of the pictures. I really could use a photography lesson or two but having fun playing, here are some recent pictures-

The snow just doesn’t want to stop..it is beautiful but so cold and it is frozen in place, I cannot imagine seeing green grass for a long long time!

Added these chunky? oversized ginger jars from my shop to the island…..(sorry my kitchen was not quite ready for it’s closeup)IMG_0314 IMG_0315 IMG_0316And rearranged my essentials on the stove top and put them all in a pretty blue and white casserole tray

Just loving my dining room mantle, and think the final tweaking is done……

And here is a partial recap of the food from? my little Superbowl get together which was loads of fun, and I must say the food was really yummy! I did all tapas and plenty of them!? I managed to take a few pictures…

IMG_0249Yummy sirloin cheeseburger and chicken sliders with yummy seasoned waffle friesIMG_0248 IMG_0247 IMG_0246

These were my crab balls with remoulade, soooo good! Click here for the recipe, easy peasy and very tasty.IMG_0245

Served them in my little blue and white bowls which made for easy servingIMG_0244 IMG_0240

And these were so good, mini taco bits (made them in a standard cupcake tin). They were a hit! Click here for recipe…delish!IMG_0241 IMG_0242

IMG_0250 My friends brought this beautiful fruit platter and? a tray of heavenly good Italian pastries.

Speaking of homefront, in love with my new bench from Decorative Crafts, still considering a new bed, would probably do a velvet upholstered headboard/footboard in velvet if so but this is already one step closet to getting my room done…..

IMG_0330 IMG_0331 IMG_0332

Made this beautiful arrangement with the peony clusters from my shop, they look so real. How magnificent is this planter! I can’t say much about it right now but let’s just say this gorgeous planter is part of a huge porcelain announcement that will come sometime in Feb/early March!

So thats a little bit of whats going on here, I guess I am finding myself in a bit of a nesting mode…given how frigid it is, I love coming home to a warm inviting home. And frankly if I could hibernate all winter long, I would do it in a flash!

Hope you are well, thanks for stopping in. Wishing you a great night and be back in a few days…..

Thanks Tina,
Had a long stressful, draining day at work.

This post is an absolute delight. Love the recipes, and can’t wait to try them all.
Tina, the mantel arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, just perfection!

Also, I am frothing at the mouth for that beautiful planter with peonies. Can’t wait to hear all about the porcelain promotion in the coming weeks.

Tina:

Absolutely love your home…I envy you! I happen to be a real fan of blue and white and have collected some over time. Your jars and bowls are outstanding. Thanks for all of your wonderful posts!!

I just adore your bedroom. Especially the creamy walls with your carpet. All I can say is your are the next Martha Stewart.

Karen

Love your posts. Everything is beautiful. I am now finally enjoying the naked look again in my home and the start of spring decor.

First of all I must say congratulations to Judy, Beautiful napkins! The food looks absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try your recipes. Your home looks absolutely beautiful and I love, love, love your master bedroom, you have exquisite taste! Looking forward to your next post

The snow looks so lovely! I’m in S FL for season and although we have gorgeous weather here on the beach i have to say I truly miss the snow and hibernating!!
Oh, Tina in case you get a new bed may I buy that F one??

i love you in nesting mode, my friend! first things first. the mantel. sweet moses it’s killing me softly with its loveliness. it’s romantic and floaty but not too precious and balanced and restful and all the good stuff that elicits the good big feelings. and the peonies. they’re dreamy. i may need them. i had this moment earlier today where i needed fresh ones immediately for an impromptu photo shoot because the pink winter light streaming in was begging to be exploited. where am i gonna rush to get peonies in the blizzard in my sleepy little town that doesn’t even boast one florist? blue and white is comforting and so ageless in an organic way no other colors can touch. which is why it’s all over my post today too! smiles to you as you save the world, one e-design project and enchanted cha-ching at a time. if our world were not virtual, i would kiss you twice like the french. peace.

I love, love everything! Your pictures are so inspirational. Not enought thank you would do. Everything is beautiful!

Hi Tina,

Your home is stunning, your posts are always so enjoyable, love everything you share with your readers, and can’t wait to see the new porcelain items in your shop!

I am also a fan of hibernating, it is rejuvenating!

Hi Tina,
I enjoy your posts so much. I always look forward to your updates and the photos of your beautiful home. You mention how busy you are right now, how do you keep your schedule and to do’s in order? Are you a paper planner girl or do you use your phone, etc? I’m feeling quite overloaded right now with home projects and my several volunteer activities. Just wondering how you stay organized!! Take care!!

I adore your posts and photos!
Your home is a dream. Your generous sharing of the physical surroundings in which you live gives me a exciting way to live vicariously through them. THANK YOU!

Tina, that bench in your bedroom is gorgeous.. love it πŸ™‚ and I think the velvet head/foot boars bed would be perfect if you decide to go with that.

I feel cold after scrolling through the photos of your yard! I do see some sunshine though and it looks so pretty on the snow. WA has had a very mild winter. Those of us living at higher elevations usually get a bit of snow and this year we’ve had almost nothing. It’s nice having the warmer temps but we need the snow pack for the summer.

I’m cooking dinner now and your tapas look delicious! Those sliders…….yummy!

Enjoy the rest of the week!

Tina, thanks for sharing your beautiful home. Your pictures are fabulous, I feel like I could reach out and touch all those beautiful pieces. They’re absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy your busy time!

Your home is a delight to view. Would you tell me what sort of carpet you used in the bedroom. I am looking to replace carpet on stairs, a living area and bedrooms and it can be very daunting. I want a traditional look. Yours looks lovely. I may be able to get something similar in style in Australia. Your home is such an inspiration.

I look at the volume of snow and just sigh. Not the happy kind of sigh – the will it ever be thawed in time for spring kind of thinking. I am not a winter girl!

I like the blue and white dish you have on near the range top. Do you sell that as well?

Your posts are always an inspiration in one way or another. Thanks for the uplifting start to my day.

The new bench is gorgeous; I’d be in love too! Have fun with your bed decision. The one you have is nothing short of stunning, but you know best what will work in your room. I can’t wait to see what you choose.

I will be making some of these recipes very soon. They look so yummy! (Your pictures of the mini tacos are even more appetizing than the original recipe, and now I’m in the mood for Mexican food, even before lunch!)

Blessings for a fantastic week,
LC

Tina, You sound busy but happy! That is a great thing! The photos of your house and garden look beautiful, like a winter wonderland.

I LOVED the monogramed napkins, they were all fabulous. Congratulations to the winner!

Have a great week ad enjoy all of your e-design projects!

Tina, I wish I would have had some of your yummy Super Bowl food on hand to drown my sorrows last Sunday!!! Your house is looking so pretty. I love that bench. And the snowy shots are just lovely. I’m sad that we haven’t had any here – not even much in the mountains.

Hope that your having fun in all your busy-ness! Happy hibernation! XOOX

Tina congratulations to the lucky winner!! I just cannot get enough of your gorgeous home. Even small changes in the decor are fun to make!

Hello Tina in all your snowy enchanted loveliness!

I too, like a little hibernation on these snowy winter days. Although Im feeling a little guilty that I catered, and I did not make my canapes for special b day party at the weekend πŸ™‚
I think you would have liked the flowers I did though ( at least I hope so!)

I love the light at your home Tina, it is part of the magic

Much love to you, across the snowy pond

Tina-
I don’t know where to start!!
It looks like a winter wonderland there! And everything in the house looks amazing.
Ok, this food is calling my name. Recipe time!
I know how it is to get bored down. Just do what you have to do.

decorating your mantel. The
best way to live ~ with gusto!

Enjoy the hunkering down of
this cold and snowy month. You’ve

it comes to cold temps!

Tina,
Congratulations to the lucky winner! I love how you enjoy your home and share so much with us. I am blogging for my family business “Paul’s Fruit Market” and would love to share some of your images and recipes, with your permission. My Dad would have loved you! He loved creating a welcoming business and home and I know that is why it is still going strong. I miss him every day but feel his heart alive in others.
The snow is stunning. I love all the seasons and have learned to embrace the winter since I married a ski racer!
It’s funny how the snow can be the glue to keep a family skiing, and shoveling!
Enjoy, stay warm and thanks for all you share.
