Hi friends, hoping you had a wonderful and relaxing July 4th weekend. We definitely did, cannot believe July 4th has come and gone! I? finally joined the Instagram bandwagon about 9 months ago and haven’t looked back. I love the constant inspiration and getting to discover all kinds of new talent, for everything from artists to chefs, florists, party planners and designers. It is quite an amazing world.
One area however that the inspiration is off the charts is the party inspiration. I swear every time I visit, I want to plan a party!! I have discovered some incredible party and event planners, florists, photographers,etc..that I otherwise might have not have known about.
Having discovered so many amazing resources…has me thinking and daydreaming into the future when one of three sons will get married:)
Let’s hope my future daughter in law(s) will love me enough to allow me to help plan out their big day! One florist extraordinaire that I would turn the affair over to blindfolded is Karen Tran, her work is just other worldly, quite literally.? I am constantly floored by the fairytale flower fantasies she turns out…there are no words. I think these pictures will speak a thousand words…..enjoy this slice of floral nirvana-
Are you about to faint from the beauty here? Me too….it is intoxicatingly beautiful. I love how much she clearly loves orchids….everything is so lavishly incredible! She is based in California and seems to do most of her work there, but she does work anywhere her jobs take her, so if you have a lavish wedding in your future then by all means look no further than Karen Tran!
I can’t imagine anyone who could fulfill your floral fantasies more than Karen! Click here to visit her website and learn more.? I could literally spend hours pursuing her website/blog and just drool over how spectacular it all is! Just totally wowed by her work and thought you would be too.
I was inspired by reading that she turned her early exposure and love of flowers into a very successful career, love hearing about someone following a passion and seeing it bloom, in this case literally and figuratively! Hope you enjoy your day, thank you as always for stopping by!
I very much appreciate the amount of intensive labor and talent to create such incredibly lavish designs. There is definitely a more is more concept going on, so much so that it’s a bit overwhelming, like a parade float. One might even feel awkward sitting at one of the tables with the oversize voluminous florals towering overhead and all around. However, applause for her imaginative, energetic talent! Her use of ribbon and jewel embellishments on the glassware is brilliant! Her color combinations and the flower compositions, truly an ethereal experience.
Tina, these flowers arrangements are out of this world beautiful!!! I can’t even imagine what heaven will be like if we have such beauty here on earth. Karen sure has a special talent that I have never seen before. Thank you for sharing this with your readers. You always pick the best!! I have a son and daughter of my own 22,23 and the whole wedding planning intimidates me. So when the time comes maybe I could hire you. LOL π In regards to your three sons. They are very blessed to have a mother like you and I couldn’t think of a better Mother-In -Law to share life with. Three lucky ladies for sure!
Absolutely take your breath away arrangements! I would love to be able to see how she begins the arrangments and follow through the entire process. It must take lots of help!
So much beauty!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful post featuring Karen Tran. Her work is breathtaking!!!
Also, any future daughter-in-law would be crazy not to have you help plan her wedding! Your ideas would be beyond compare.
Tina, happy to hear that you had a relaxing 4th of July. I hope that you are still at the beach, reading, relaxing and enjoying a little down time on the beach.
These flowers are fabulous! Works of art really. I will have to follow this on Instagram.
I am sure that any girl your sons bring home would be more than happy to have to help plan the wedding and subsequent parties.
There is so much beauty out there, and wow, you find it! Karen Tran’s creations are lovely. I hope you get to “do” one of your sons weddings. Think of how beautiful it would be! Thank you for bringing inspiration to my day, Tina. I love it! Have a happy Tuesday!!
Oh my word, what unbelievable arrangements! A very talented and artistic young lady! Well, consider this . . . whether or not your future daughters-in-law will ask for/accept your help and suggestions with the planning of the wedding . . . the rehearsal dinners are all on you and you alone. Definitely your time to shine!
Incredible Tina! Thank you for the introduction. I can just imagine the fragrance when seated at one of the tables or simply walking by one of her displays. Just beautiful..
I was Mother of the Bride about a week ago, so I am familiar with wedding costs π The flowers in each picture above are beautiful BUT so extremely expensive (AND that is just a proportionately small part of the wedding expense!) It would be interesting if Karen put the price tag in a corner of each picture. …….. The few people who could afford it would not be deterred by the price!
HI Tina!
Happy post 4th of July – you are right?what a gorgeous weekend we had. I was a little nervous about fireworks on Saturday, but it was a perfect night! Our beach club has a wonderful clambake on the beach on Friday night, so we were exhausted by Sunday night and happy to grill and relax as a family!
Karen is such a terrific find. Her floral designs are OFF THE CHART!!! Amazing!!!! Whoever marries your sons will be winning the jackpot with you as a mother-in-law, so no worries there!
Hope this week cools off a little and that you enjoy every sunny minute!
xoxo Elizabeth
