Hello, hope everyone is having a great week. I scheduled this ahead of time knowing I was going to be out of town so really hope its posts on time. We are switching gears today and going  into the daunting world of never ending choices of skincare.

I, as you might know, have been a long time and very enthusiastic fan of the La Prairie products. I LOVE their products and  and they have honestly done wonders for my skin. In fact this is the first time ever that  I have  loyally used a line of products that I believe in,  they are that good.

I have never actually looked forward to putting on a nightly mask or my daily eye moisturizer. There is a reason this Swiss based company has been around since 1933  and the science they have invested into creating their truly extraordinary line is famous the world over for good reason.

For years I would try new products exclusively then would experiment by mixing them and honestly nothing really excited me or gave results that made me take notice. One small sample of La Prairie changed that for me. I am a staunch devotee to their products and my bathroom shelves will prove it.

I finally am taking skin care seriously and have been blessed to have good skin, but don’t want to abuse that either, so really taking the time now to take good care of my skin. Between these and the Glopro I think I am really in good shape and giving my skin the best I can give (with the exception of fillers, botox, surgery, etc…which I am  not ready for).

Yes, they are expensive but aren’t our faces worth it? Plus when I factor in how long they last, it’s literally comes out to pennies a day and our skin should be one of our biggest priorities in my book, it’s the only face we have:)

So,  today I am introducing you to an assortment of their products you may or may not know about. Several I use myself and some are new and ones I would like to try. Perhaps the best part here is that there is a La Prairie giveaway!!!  This is one you will not want to miss so read on-

________________

CHOICE  1 Hands down, the very best eye cream I have ever used. It is rich and luxurious but not oily or heavy. I use it morning and night-  a jar normally lasts me about 6-8monhts. It is a firming and lifting cream infused with caviar extract which helps with dark circles and puffiness. Click here to find out more

CHOICE 2 The iconic caviar cream is another product I cannot live without, this is really the very best cream I have ever used. And I have tried a lot.  It feels so good and my skin loves it and just absorbs it right up.  It is also infused with caviar extract and works to refine the skin while lifting and rejuvenating. Click here to find out more

CHOICE 3  A new to market item, when I read about it, I knew I must try it. A filler in a bottle without having to do an actual procedure? Sign me up!  Anything that provides an instant “after” even if its temporary is a winner in my book!  Click here to find out more

CHOICE 4.  Just started using this a few months ago and didn’t know if I would be good about using it as often as you should. But you know it feels soooo good on and once you brush it on that’s it, you go to sleep and let it work its magic. You wake up with our skin feeling super hydrated and dewy, one of my new favorites. Click here to find out more

CHOICE  5. Heard about a lot serums but didn’t know much about them, until I got a representative to explain it to me. It somewhat acts as a barrier between your skin, the moisturizer and the outside elements. I love this one, very hydrating and my dry skin loves it,  its silky smooth and a great base to use under makeup which just glides on like silk. I use it every day all you need is a few drops. Click here to find out more

I am really into illuminating/glowing skin and these two products have rave reviews, yes they are pricey and but I never deny my skin a great product! And what to spend it on if not your face, the only one you’ve got. I got a small sample of these and am going to be trig them over the next few weeks.

CHOICE 6.  The first one is a breakthrough product with pearl caviar infusion winch is a serum meant to brighten/highlight the skin there is a lot of buzz around this product.  It gets rid of gray and/or red areas on the skin and instantly brightens the skin upon use. Expensive but if it delivers, it’s well worth it. Click here to find out more

CHOICE  7. Another similar serum, this is the most potent product in their anti aging arsenal which targets red spots and uneven skin tones and brightens the skin. It combines anti-aging, anti-pigmentation and luminescence into one single product. Click here to find out more

CHOICE 8. A product that says it is like a mini eye lift??? Yes, it got my attention and this is one I will be buying right away.  A lightweight, rapidly penetrating gel, it firms, nourishes and re-energizes the eye zone. Tone and texture improve. Fine lines and wrinkles fade…..think I need this NOW! Click here to find out more

Here are a few videos  to learn a bit more about the mystique and science behind these incredible skin changing products-

#8 would be my choice. Having turned 70 last July, I have tried just about every eye serum on the market to avoid surgery & although they all seem to help a little, I have yet to find the miracle drop. Maggie on

My mom who has the most beautiful skin of any 72 year old i have ever seen (and many others) has used their products for decades, thanks to her mother who was a skin guru and actually a skincare model in her day.
I started using La Prairie last year and though I am young, 41 my skin feels and looks great. The night mask is incredible and my little decadent luxury twice a week. I even gave my husband a “facial” and let him sleep with it:-) I could not agree more about how important to invest in good products for your skin and not be scared away by price, because as you said over time it comes out to cents a day and we only have one face so we better take good care of it. I grew up with a mom who was fantacial with skin so she kind of passed that onto me.
I also must say I get a collage facial once a month and it is fantastic, really does wonders, highly recommend it! Today would love to win the eye complex, number 8 sounds terrific!

Sandra on

Hi Tina! I would love to be given the chance to try the eye cream choice #1. I am not ready either for the botox route so I choose to take good care of my skin. Hope I can be given the chance!

June Duke on

Oh! I would love to try the eye cream and the eye firming gel!! Both sound so luxurious and I need illuminating!!

Yolanda on

Kym Calvert on

Luxe Sleep Mask please! I have used Sothys for years but have had my eye (wink, wink) on La Prairie products for a long time. Your write-up may have convinced me it is finally time to give this line a try. Thank you for sharing products that work so well for you! You are right, our skin does deserve the best care…

Anne Kelly on

Katerina on

I WOULD CHOSE. NO 1 BECAUSE MY EYELIDS ARE DROOPY. TIME MARCHES ON!

Dana Feiock on

Unfortunately I have not been blessed with great skin. It is super sensitive. I would love to try the eye cream! Checked it out online, and can’t justify the money not knowing if it works. It is funny because I can usually talk myself into trying because often the more luxurious products last longer and perform better. I have no problem spending a fortune on my hair and the products I use for it. I would love to see or hear from you about the differences you see using these products in more detail. Thank you!

Carol on

I would love to try the White Caviar!

Patricia on

If you say it works, I believe you! I do know that nothing fromnChabel to Sephora to Lionesse (what a scam) has really helped. I’m a desperate woman, not ready to look like the proverbial old lady yet!

Tarey on

I would be most appreciative of # 1, the eye lift cream. Perhaps then my nickname wouldn’t be “Shar pie”.
Cheers!

#2 skin cream looks fabulous!

Susan K on

The whole line looks wonderful, and packaged in blue!!! I would love to try #3 the Filler.

Mary on

I have ALWAYS wanted to try La Prairie products. I would choose #2, the skin cream

Richelle M. on

You’re right, Tina, to tackle the spectrum of areas (eyes, redness, dryness, nighttime repair, etc.) with the complete product line. I think starting with eye care cream is a MUST, however, and would go with product #1 before adding on with the rest.

Catharine on

The eye cream is the best!!

Kathryn Casa on

I’ve been moisturizing since the age of 20 and have taught my family to do the same. I like the least amount of product and therefore,Choice #7 – The Serum sounds like the perfect product to try Thank you for the opportunity!

Mary on

I haven’t used these products but have arrived at an age when such skin care has become necessary. I’m always happy to receive recommendations from trusted sources.

Mary on

Oops! Forgot to mention that the sleep mask sounds wonderful.

Michelle M. on

I have always wanted to try the La Prairie product line but it is just more than I can really afford. If I had to choose, I would try the Luxe Sleep Mask.

Joy on

I would love the eye lift cream but it’s just not in my budget. I hope I win!

Jennifer on

I would love to try the eye cream!!

Deanna on

The caviar luxe cream is what I’d like to try. Sounds very hydrating.

Cheryl Barbour on

I have never tried La Prairie, however if I could pick one of the above it would be the skin caviar eye lift cream! I have tried everything else, but it all seems to sit on top of my skin.

Donna A. on

Since I haven’t tried any of their products, I’d like to start with Choice #2, the iconic Skin Caviar Luxe Cream – It gets good reviews! After that, the #4 Luxe Sleep Mask sounds divine. Great giveaway Tina!

YB on

At 64 I think my skin looks pretty good in the wrinkle department. But I’ve started to develop patches of pigmentation which I really don’t like. Therefore the White Caviar Illuminating Serum looks might attractive to me, although because I live on a pastor’s budget this will only remain a wish.

Patti on

I would try the white cavier illuminating serum. I have not tried any of their products.

BONNIE on

I would love to try the eye cream… I need my eyes to look sparkling again….

Carmen B on

I think the eye cream or the hydrating serum

Nancy Yohe on

It is very difficult to determine which product would be the best for me. In my youth I was always complimented for my beautiful porcelain skin. As I aged I found I have very little oil in my skin and it is difficult to deal with very dry skin. By the way, I am one fourth Swiss could that have anything to do with it?

Marvin on

I have never bought or used La Prairie skin products but would like to try the Skin Cavier Luxe Eye Lift Cream.

Nancy on

I have been a dedicated Chanel user and have never tried La Prairie. All the products look amazing but I think the eye cream or the luxe cream would be my choice.

Ann K. on

Caviar cream!!! All sound wonderful but caviar cream seems like it would best meet my needs. Thanks!

Grace on

I would try the night mask. Sounds wonderful😉

Davina on

I would choose #2 although I would love any of them!

Daryl L. on

I’ve been a short time La Praire user but love the products and have finally found a skin care line I can stick with! I’ve not yet tried the Cellular Hydrating Serum and will put that on my shopping list. Thank you for the product review. It helps to get input from other women who use the product.

Deborah K on

The sleep mask would be my choice…it looks so luscious! It’s bound to do a wonderful job while I sleep!

Brenda M on

These products are fantastic, my mother loves them. I have only tried a few as I like to rotate skin care products. Thank you Tina for such great giveaway, can’t wait to try the great assortment.

Darcy on

After a VERY busy winter, I think the eye gel sounds like a perfect product to try.

Ann on

#7 is my choice. My almost 55 year old skin needs serious help. I’ve always read about La Prairie and would love the opportunity to try it.

I would love to try #7 which would help with some hyperpigmentation on my left cheek. Probably due to the sun hitting my left cheek while driving.

Laurie on

I have been blessed with good skin but I am now approaching the age to put “extra” effort in to my routine. I love the idea of overnight hydration – so I would love to try the Luxe Sleep Mask. It looks like it could be a miracle in a jar! Thank you for all the information on La Praire skincare. It is sooooo appreciated!

Lori on

I have never tried their products before but would love to try #6!

Peggy Ekena on

I am not familiar with this product line, but do try to take good care of my skin. I would be interested in trying the la prairie Essence of Skin Caviar Eye Complex with Caviar Extract. The caviar extract caught my attention and I would be anxious to see how it works on the eye area. Nobody wants fine lines around their eyes and this product seems to promise help in that area. Hope your enjoying Florida.

Lauren R on

I would love to try the white caviar illuminating serum! Sounds like something I need!

Jeana on

Hard to choose a favorite – at that age where gravity is taking it’s toll 🙂 But the eye lift cream would be #1 on my list.

Perfect offering on

Thanks for sharing your first hand knowledge of this product line. If I were to try one of the items, it would be the Luxe Lift Eye Cream.

Ginny Bates on

I have never used a product from La Prairie. I would love to try product number one or number eight. The skin around my eye area is actually not too bad, but my “eleven’s” (vertical forehead line above the nose) are in desperate need of something besides the serum they’re currently getting. Since skin is skin, I’m hoping that an “eye” cream might work on other areas. I also have a deep “pit” near the right corner of my mouth.

Thank you, Tina, for this offer. And thank you, most of all, for all the glorious pictures and ideas you post. I don’t have the means to buy as many of your things as I’d like, but I can try to arrange what I do have with the wonderful creativity and elegance you show us almost every day.

I’ve heard great things about La Prairie skin products and would love to try #7, the White Caviar Illuminating Serum! Many times in the past you’ve mentioned how much you love their products. Thanks Tina for offering this exceptional giveaway.

Tina, How can I ever choose just one of these fabulous products? I currently use a combo of La Mer, Dr. Gross and Skinceuticals but have been thinking of trying La Prairie as I keep hearing such amazing things about their line. I think I would start with the filler (#3) and just plaster it immediately onto my neck! Thank you for the chance to win! Linda

I would be very interested in the filler or the eye lift. I do not use these products but am very interested. Thanks for sharing!

I personally have admired this line for years but have not been fortunate enough to own any of then. I was given a small sample of the eye cream by a sales women and it was creamy and smooth. I would be ecstatic to receive any of their products to use daily.

Thank you so much Tina for this wonderful education on the La Prairie skincare line, which I have never tried. Each one sounds wonderful! I’m in my 60’s and I have seven young grandchildren that I obsessively adore to no end!!! I try to look healthy…and “younger” for them but I do battle dry skin and some slight discolorations, which I hate to say are “old age spots!” On a funnier note, my grandmother name is “Gus” so I really don’t want to look old, wrinkled and discolored!!! For me, my choice would be #7. I have to say that I am thrilled to have found you on Instagram and now to follow your wonderful blog! You are a beautiful gal, both inside and out to bring such beautiful inspirations to so many of us! All the best and many, many thanks!
