I periodically post life as seen through the lens of my iPhone, amazing how we ever functioned without them! I am out of town  so hoping this posts on time. This is from the last few weeks……here is a snippet of life lately (only the good and pretty of course)! Here we go……

Spring has sprung and I am loving every single minute!

Always love to see how people decorate the front of their townhouses when in NYC

Doing these gorgeous linens from Leontine for a special design client

How pretty are these antique chairs…..got them in and will be reupholstering, stay tuned for their makeover:)

Still enjoying my flowers from my recent trip to the NY flower market

Had fun for a very brief period attending the Longines Masters

Nothing quite like the energy of NYC!

My island always has plenty of blue and white, and this does not usually look like this but this was a holding pen so I could distribute things here and there:)

Spring has arrived and so has healthier eating (my melamine has become my every night dinnerware, so easy)!

Busy busy days at the warehouse with getting melamine orders out, we call it melamine mayhem:)

This is a powder room off the library, I just love the richness of this paper (Thibaut)

Just in love with this mood board for my clients foyer in NYC, dreamy!!

So that’s a peek into my life lately…what would we do without our phones. I use mine for everything from making lists galore (am a major list maker) to capturing just about anything and everything. Hard to imagine life without them though at times (like going to dinner with my family I wish they were illegal)!  Wishing you a wonderful day and hope spring has sprung wherever you might be! Until next time…….

Would you mind sharing the source for one of your fabrics in the mood board for a NYC foyer? I love the one in the upper right corner, little green squares (chenille?) separated by a line. Thank you.

I love your style-please say true to it-I am so very tired of the modern farmhouse look and lack of color and lack of beautiful linens and accessories…I think anybody could decorate that style home-talent or not-just plain and boring…

Like NYC in small doses. I grew up in northern New Jersey, and visited often. Now my oldest son lives there, and the energy is great as long as I know I can leave and go back to my suburban home. Have to say, the older I get, the less attractive it becomes.
It’s really for people under 40!

Good morning Tina,

I hope that you are enjoying your time away, especially at Palmetto Bluffs! Love seeing your NYC images, NY is a great city and is always teeming with energy.

Have a great day!

All beautiful! Do you know the name of the wallpaper in your bathroom? Also are those hand painted murals going in the foyer in nyc? They are so beautiful, great color scheme.

The powder bath wallpaper appears to be Thibaut’s “Fishing Village” in the black colorway, for you who have asked.

Love your taste in decor, Tina. I enjoy the gusto you have for making a dining room table fabulous, using different themes, the Chargers, the monograms, flowers, etc. Viva la Tina!
I have been bored w the “everything the same” look. People got rid of their antiques & bought the same furniture one sees everywhere., not any personal expression or life , in so many homes, etc Same paint, same colors, same everything! How do they live w/o one piece of blue & white???
You bring it, Girl! A “shower” of color, flowers, fabric, wallpaper, yes, wallpaper (!), You give CPR to homes, fill me with inspiration & excitement to create. Bless you, Tina!❤️

Bee-U-tea-ful … makes my heart sing with joy … thank you for sharing the ‘lovely’ thru your lens with me.

Tina, I was looking at your kitchen photos on instagram, gorgeous- but I was wondering, do you have electrical outlets on the backsplash by the cooktop? Thinking they may be hidden; just asking because the electrical codes where we live require outlets every few feet and it always ruins the look of the tile backsplash!!!
