Hello! Busy, busy over here and burning the midnight oil like never before. Needless to say, I have no problem getting to sleep at night:)  It’s that time of year, time to start taking your entries for our 2020 Holiday Love contest! This contest is always much anticipated as we get so many incredible entries.  I love this contest, if there’s anything that can get me in the holiday spirit, its hosting Holiday Love!

Getting your pictures always makes me happy. As long as it’s holiday related, you are good to go! Some ideas can be your Christmas trees, beautifully wrapped gifts, your pets or kids celebrating the seasons, a snowfall, your front door all decked out, a beautifully set table, etc….

Below are the rules. As always I am including a selection from previous contests that exemplify what a “good entry” should look like.

• Send 1-2 entries to [email protected] (put on subject line- CONTEST)
• We will only accept entries sent to the email address above
• Please be sure they are holiday related and are your pictures
• Must be at least 400 x 600, very clear, no flashes and crisp (if we cannot accept your picture we will let you know)
• We are taking pictures up until Dec. 16th OR when we reach 80 entires,  whichever comes first, normally we fill up before deadline
• The winner will win 3 MONTHS OF ENCHANTED HOME GOODIES!
• Please do not send 2 pictures of same subject
• Can be of previous holidays as long as they are your pictures
• Contest to begin Dec. 17th with 2 rounds and then a final showdown round
• Contest open to entries in the U.S. only (sorry to my international readers)

A few suggestions before submitting your pictures. Clarity, natural daylight, sharpness and size matter! The pictures below are an excellent example of a solid entry, these are actually incredible. I always say I could easily put out a best selling coffee table book with my customers Christmas pictures! These might give you some ideas for your own pictures.
