Happy Easter friends (and Happy Passover to those who celebrate!) Over here, the sun is shining brightly and the sky could not be any bluer. No Seven on Sunday today, just a short post on this Easter Sunday to say Happy Easter and to share my table. Certainly a perfect day for all those Easter egg hunt enthusiasts…. brings back such fond memories of dressing my boys up in their little Easter outfits, carrying baskets sometimes as big as they were…..those sweet little chubby hands reaching in for as many goodies as they could find. Ahhh….the good ol days!
Today we will be an intimate group of 6 which is actually just perfect. We are going to be having our Easter dinner in the breakfast room as its cozier and a perfect table for six people. But, make no mistake I made sure to not skimp on the prettiness factor to make it feel festive and joyous. And even more significant, not a stitch of blue this year! I went all green and white, and I must say I love it. Variety is the spice of life. I think it’s important to change things up.
Our new green and white bunny and egg collection was the starting inspiration. Then I had the perfect linens, and it just was built from there. I got fresh flowers on Saturday and could not love this table more. I wish I had a professional photographer able to come and photograph it. It feels so dreamy. And yes for anyone asking, flowers and tulipieres will be removed when we start eating 🙂
Thought this was a bit of departure for me as there is not a stitch of blue and white here (required major restraint) but I love the freshness of this table mostly green and white with just a few touches of purple. It feels indeed very “Easter-y”.
I want to wish everyone a very Happy Easter. I am grateful to have friends and supporters from all over the world, you are a bigger part of my life than you might realize. How fortunate I am to be able to connect with so many wonderful like minded people. That is a true blessing and one I give special thanks to on this day of reflection and thanks. So here is a look at my table, hope you enjoy!

All started with our French wire basket (which I am absolutely loving) and filled it with fresh green and white flowers with a touch of purple
Then I started filling in our white medium tulipieres, haven’t used the white ones in a long time and forgot how good they look literally with everything!
I love using tulips but also like to add small delicate flowers as well
Then added our white pierced chargers, green and white Herend, our darling little bunnies at each place setting and it really came together
These green/white linens could not have been more perfect for this table (I was not done setting it quite yet)
And of course our porcelain bunnies and eggs were the perfect finishing touch

Hope you enjoyed! It’s now time to get busy cooking, we tend to do a light breakfast and then have a late lunch/early dinner (and normally snack on leftovers later in the day)!
