I’m usually with you on the items that you sell and love your style, but I have to say that a couple-of-hundred-dollars for a PILLOW tells me either you’re not reading the room or you are now exclusively catering to the 1%!!! Even if they’re oversized and the fabric is lovely…..Yikes!!

Your products are beautiful, I am a good customers and I enjoy your posts. I placed an order on January 16, paid the invoice that day and still have not received my merchandise. If this was the first time there was an issue, it wouldn’t be so annoying. Over the years, I’ve received damaged orders, incorrect pricing and have had to call several times just to get the credit I was due and many delays in receiving my merchandise. I am a Serena and Lily customer also and I can tell you that none of these problems exist with them!
