Hi everyone! Hope this finds you doing well. Seems like its been a bit since I did a PB update. I am very happy yo report the things are really chugging along and we are approaching the much anticipated finish line!
We were due to be there last week but it did not work out so hoping to get there as soon as they are done with the floors which is happening this week. Doing this from afar is tricky as its not like you get to go on weekly site visits. I have been somewhat conservative with my choices for that reason but figured once we move in I can zhush things up a bit as needed.
Cannot wait to get there as the finishing stages are so exciting..to see it all come together! Lots of smaller last minute decisions still need to be made, bath hardware, still some lighting to decide on, wallpaper, etc…but here’s the latest-

Exterior painting has begun
Everything just got painted!

We also have gas lanterns, they are just installing them now
Upstairs landing
Ceilings in living room
And we have shower doors!
Doors painted and ready to be hung
This is a small bar off the living room
Pantry area
Stairs ands shiplap jut got second coat
Did this vanity for powder room and this paper/fabric for window treatment-
And that is a wrap. I cannot wait to get down there. I have all kinds of ideas running through my head but being there in person is a must. Hopefully next week. Thanks for stopping in, until next time….

What amazing progress!
Is that 12×24 Statuary Marble or Porcelain tile in the shower? Am picking the bath finishes for a new guest suite and looked at a similar tile yesterday.
Wonderful progress! We redid an old cottage in Ireland. Renovation and extensions. Our caretaker was the the general contractor. So understand doing something from afar. A good challenge!

And for back mudroom/small office, going with Beacon Gray and possibly this pretty wallpaper, and once again using one of our lanterns!
