Hello and happy Saturday morning! Hope you are having a great week….here it was busy, busy. With my having been sick for almost a week, it was nice to get back in the saddle and that meant getting back to work. So many fun and exciting things happening over at The Enchanted Home, I cannot wait to share them with you.

The key word this past week was porcelains, the porcelain arrival sale is now over and was a wonderful and amazing success (a testament to the power of blue and white). All presales orders have shipped and in a few days there will be many happy blue and white lovers all across America:) As I periodically do, I share recent happenings with you in my  life, through the lens of my little iPhone. What in the world would I do without it! So here is a look at the last week or so-

————————————

This beautiful orchid arrangment in my black chinoiserise container was made for a friend’s housewarming party

These magnificent handpainted chinoiserie pillows heading out to one lucky customer!

Had soooo much fun carpet shopping for living and dining room rugs for PB! And made some decisions, really drawn to the geometric tonal looks

These were samples from the Lane Venture outdoor catalog, this is the colorway I will be using

It was such a thrill to get in. my new style tulipieres….couldn’t wait to get home and play!

Also took down the last of the holiday decorations in my dining room and added the white azalea topiaries in the beautiful blue/white planters to freshen things up

Added these lamps to my bedroom (from my shop) just waiting on custom shades to be made

Some of the beautiful hardware samples I just got in and love

Made  the chicken pot pie I had written about a week or so ago….and it was really really good!

Can we talk about how adorable my sisters dog, Charlie is!! So cute.

Giving our office a little cleanup, trying to come up for air and cleaning things up around here

Excited about a brand new fantastic restaurant we went to as a group a few nights ago, 2 Spring in historic Oyster Bay…..definitely recommend!

Speaking of spring, this has me dreaming of spring!

And this is what porcelain mayhem looks like:)

That’s a wrap for today! Thank you for stopping by an wishing you a fantastic weekend. Hope the sun is shining wherever you might be. Until next time!

Oh how you inspire me with the beauty of your decor! Loved the white azaleas in the blue and white planters. What a warm welcome to the new year ahead.

Happy Saturday, Tina.
Love everything here, and now I am dying for chicken pot pie! Can’t wait to see the house come together.

What a cutie Charlie is. I had a cairn terrier just like him, female, Daisy. Best dog in the world!

Hi Tina,
Can you please post the chicken pot pie recipe? I think I missed that post…Thank you!!

I got my porcelain pre-sale items, than you so much. Your sister’s dog is adorable! Is it a Coton de Tulear? He or she looks like my little fluff ball.

Love those carpet selections, any chance you can share the maker? I am in the market for a new living room rug and love sisal but my husband doesn’t those could be a good happy medium.
Got my tuliperes yesterday, they are so beautiful. Going to Whole Foodds today to get flowers to make them for a dinner we are hosting tonight- been dreaming about that for a long time. Love your dining room, it is so beautiful. These are fun posts!

Yes, Tina, I love too love all your carpet choices! Your musings are always so inspiring to me. Also like you I’m thinking of Spring and wondering if you will be getting the large planters in your next shipment? It the one pictured in the center of the picture of your B&W ( the one with the lions head “handles”? The technical name escapes me)..

I hope you are fully recovered soon. We need you to be healthy!! Haha!! Enjoy the weekend.
Looking forward to 7 on S! No pressure!

Hi Tina!
Lovely carpet choices. And I love the azalea topiaries! FYI…I didn’t receive an invoice when I emailed in my order for tulipieres. I hope and pray that doesn’t mean I missed out. Have a good weekend.

Tina,
Hello, long lost friend. It has been awhile since I have been in the ‘blog world’. I had a few very traumatic events occur in my life and therefore had to take some time to unplug from social media.
Well, I am back and so happy to be here. Blogging is definitely one of my ‘happy places’.
Things seem to have really exploded for you with your store and I couldn’t be happier. It is well deserved. You are blessed.
The chicken pot pie looks absolutely delectable! I have never made one large pie before but what a clever idea, I will definitely give it a whirl next time. There is nothing more satisfying than a warm chicken pot pie on a cold winter’s day.
Have a beautiful Saturday!
Until next time,
Jalon

Lovely post, Tina!
Ordered the gorgeous hex planter for my soon to be remodeled master bath.
Would you please post the manufacturer for the polished nickel hardware you featured today? I made the chicken pot pie and it was delicious!
Have a great weekend!
Hugs ?

Good morning Tina! Lovely post.
I can’t wait for my hex planter to arrive for my soon to be remodeled master bath. Would you please post the manufacturer for the nickel hardware you featured today? I made the pot pie and it was delicious!

Love the pictures.
The azaleas……are they in your shop?
Will you please share information about your fire screen ?
Exactly what I would like to have?

You are one busy girl! Glad to hear you are feeling better. I have a Cockapoo dog named Charlie that looks just like your sister’s dog Charlie. They are darn cute puppies.

So much to love about your selections for PB. I’ve loved all of it! Would you share the vendor/manafactor of the carpet samples for rugs that you have shown in this email. I love the tone on tone and may be what I’m looking for.
Thank you

your pie looks incredible. I am impressed with the way the crust looks! Your dining room looks just lovely and the little dog is just too cute! Have a wonderful week!

Isn’t it swell to feel WELL AGAIN!! After several weeks of “that stuff”…we are on the mend, too!! franki

Love the new shipment!

The drawer pulls and handles are awesome!…………………Love the transitional look………it’s such a wonderful blending element and so fresh and new!……………………….Thanks, Tina, you are spot on to the latest trends.

As always, Tina, your photos are a feast for the eyes. Spring can’t come soon enough! Charlie is positively adorable! Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!

Hello dear Tina
I just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery, I hope that all the lovely things you have happening in your shop and new house are willing you back to health. For me, the Spring cannot come soon enough. I long for bulbs to peep through and the earliest blossom to unfold on the trees.
I have always wanted to visit Oyster Bay! Such a special place, it was after I discovered the composer John Barry lived there, his home was just so beautiful looking out onto the water.
Have a happy weekend my dear friend
Love to you
Sallyx

I believe it was last week, your post included info on documentaries. Could you send me info or that post again? Thank you, much appreciated.
