Hi there and happy Saturday. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend, here the wind has been howling like crazy, hoping it will die down and the rain will go away with it, we are due for some nice weather. We got lucky and had the most beautiful string of gorgeous, perfect weather in PB so coming home to rain, wind and gloomy skies felt like a bit anticlimactic in more ways then one. Then coming home to all kinds of things to take care of (business wise)! No rest for the weary, I hit the ground running and haven’t stopped.

As I periodically do,  I like to share life in the last week or two through the lens of my iPhone, most of today’s  post was taken in Palmetto Bluff. So off we go…..

Loved seeing our new lattice framed art in Palmetto Bluff! These will be here in under 4 weeks and will be available in white, soft blue and green…all magnificent! And you know how much I love our new rattan scalloped planters, now just need the right plant.

Also, brought a few wastepaper baskets for the bathrooms…something I will never have a shortage of!

I am thinking of putting them in the powder room

Only in Savannah’s airport,  in the passenger waiting area do they have an abundant number of rocking chairs!!! SO smart!!!

My favorite views

But look at those views first thing in the morning…absolutely magical-

Always think outside the box, I use small votives (these are ours) for individual crudités, either put a yogurt dill dip or hummus and top with veges of your choice, serve on a silver tray and you look like Martha Stewart:)

Back in NY storms swept through,  leaving our tennis court in shambles….no pickle-ball for a bit

Forgot how much I love making cheese boards….always the perfect go to when you have guests

Love any table that involves using our beautiful blue lily of the valley dinnerware (click here)

Scenes in and around the house

And scenes out and about in Palmetto Bluff…..

River House above is like a really good NY steak house, favorite restaurant by far in Palmetto Bluff

Never met a gas lantern I didn’t love:)

Visited friends for lunch at a new hotel in Savannah, Hotel Bardo…its really fun, has a great energy and food was excellent!

It’s STILL WINDY here in Central Virginia!!! We “must” hold on to doors…crazy, huh!! Your Palmetto retreat photos were MOST appreciated!! franki

Beautiful images, as always, Tina. Love your individual crudite idea… I will definitely be doing this when entertaining this summer! Will you please share who designed the small table and chairs on your patio? Are the chairs stackable? Thanks so much!

Always astounded by the light in PB, so diffused, almost like a painting!
On another note, respectfully have your posts proofread. It’s hard to read with multiple misspellings!

I am trying to purchase 2 items that are both new arrivals and the code is not working. Have tried multiple times with same response-“code does not exist”
