Based on an antique Persian Lavar Kerman carpet, the Imogen rug from Ralph Lauren Home pays tribute to the past but with a modern sensibility. This classic design is finely hand-knotted of vegetable dyed wool with an ivory ground, a center focal point and corner motifs common to prized rugs of the period. But the overall perception, that of a blue tone-on-tone carpet, is fresh and new.
