Hi there, well I hope whatever you are doing or where ever you are, you have had a beautiful day and weekend. I ended up not going to my sons tournament today in PA, hubby and son took off early this morning, I had a slight sore throat and welcomed the day to myself (rarely get one). So after cooking, resting, reading I ran over to the house, it is very rare to go when NO ONE is there and needless to say also a big treat. I took a few pictures until my camera died but thought I would say hello and share with you a little of whats been going on. Oh- You are GETTING THERE! Isn’t it exciting to see things getting finished up? I really love the big blue X on the bathroom mirror- nice decorating touch!;>)

Cute picture at the top, too! xo Diana

Oh Tina, everything is really shaping up. I am so in love with every single thing you have done, your sons bathroom is incredible, and really love your color for the laundry room, can’t wait to see it done.
And then there is the facade which even not totally done takes one breath away, cannot wait to see the limestone completed and I know you are ready as well!
Thanks for your update, feel better…..lots of Vitamin C!

Gorgeous!! Can you just picture your son’ s bathroom with wet towels on the floor and dirty sportswear, lol? You’ll know you’re home then.

Can’t wait to see the entrance and foyer completed, but I think it will be your decorating touches that will send everything over the top.

I’m getting so excited, and I’m not even the one who gets to live there! I can’t imagine how you must be feeling as it all comes together. So glad that you’re sharing this journey with us. Enjoy the peace and quiet today 🙂

Love your sons’ bath and those sconces…share, where are they from please? Love your kitchen ceiling and you went with a rough surface, we did that in the barn so it didn’t look “new”. I can’t wait to see the rest of the limestone up around the tower and congrats on your grass!

Enjoy the rest of your evening and feel better!
Hugs from a distance

The putty color is fantastic – and I can’t wait to see what a rondele is :)! You have done such a lovely job with this house – yes it is big and grand but also warm, cozy and supremely tasteful. Your selections are impeccable and even though we are building on a smaller scale, we are on the same page for sure!

Love these mini reveals – and can’t wait to see the rest of the limestone surround!

Very exciting, Tina!! I even realize how happy you must be to have grass…as landscaping really enhances a home. I can not wait to see the front entrance once it’s all done and dolled up.

Hope your throat is feeling better!!!
xoxo Elizabeth

My dear, first of all, I am home today with a sore throat as well; well, it started on Monday, went away then came back and here I am hacking away with a cough! I HOPE IT DOESN’T HAPPEN TO YOU! Now, this is getting super duper exciting here, TINA!!!!!! WOMAN, you are going to be giving a huge party, right???? I mean, this is for CINDERELLA, this castle! I am so happy to see those beams in the kitchen! I am still waiting for mine to be installed in our family room that I absolutely love. Oh, I can’t wait for Thursday!!!!!!!

Sleep well! Anita

I can’t wait to see what’s coming next and can only imagine how you feel at this point. I’m sorry you missed your son’s game and hope you’re feeling better…xo

Hello!
I find myself holding my breath as I scroll through the pictures, truly incredible! As others have said, thank you so much for sharing this journey, your new home is breathtaking!

It must have felt good to go to the house alone to dream with eyes wide open about how you’ll soon be enjoying this magnificent home, and to mentally decorate it while actually standing/sitting in the space. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and I can hardly wait to see the front entry.

…it certainly did, very sweet.

Dear Tina,

Tina, everything looks amazing. What an incredible setting with all those beautiful trees. The sconces in your son’s bathroom are sooo pretty. Can you share where they are from?

Hope you feel better, happy Monday…Cindy

Firstly, how cute is that photo. Made me smile. Secondly, house is amazing. Love all your choices and finishes, colours etc, just beautiful. Love all your downpipes on the outside, are they zinc? Can’t wait to see what you have planned for the landscaping and driveway, with your wonderful entrance. PS that wasn’t our house at the beginning of our post, just a nice one I drove past and spied their driveway. Ours isn’t nearly that finished or nice yet!
