Hi friends, and happy Friday! I haven’t gotten a dough bowl delivery in quite some time but yesterday got in such a beautiful batch of 29 beautiful antique dough bowls. I know I have gotten many emails over the last few months about my next shipment, so here they are. ? Most are the most sought after mid size but also got in a few bigger pieces. All dough bowl promo details are at the end of this post.
I equate dough bowls with the holidays. I love nothing more than experimenting with evergreens, pine cones, ornaments and such to create beautiful arrangements. This year bought an enormous batch of magnolia so will be using a lot of it in my decor and cannot wait to create an arrangement with magnolia branches and pine cones in one of my dough bowls. They are equally beautiful on a kitchen island, in front of a mantle, on a chest or console and even on top of a fireplace hearth.
And let us not forget about fabulous they are for serving! You heard right, they make the most stylish vessels for salads, crudites and even filled with ice to hold beverages. There are truly so many possibilities.
So today I pay homage to the wonderful versatility of the antique dough bowl. Do you have one and if so how do you like to use yours? Here are some fun ideas….

Great ideas!! I love the entire buffet with the dough bowls .

Love the evergreens/ pine cones in the bowls…does the sap from the evergreens seep into the dough bowls?
Each size refers to a number of pieces. What does this mean? I am interested in one large (4 pieces?).
I adore dough bowls and you have used them in such creative ways! xo K
