Hello friends and TGIF. It’s been a busy week and I am actually looking forward to some down time this weekend. I definitely have spring fever and am counting down the days until we welcome spring,  fling open those windows and start coming out of hibernation:)  Having just gotten back from Florida and getting a taste of that wonderful warm weather reminded me of just how good it feels.

In my last customer poll, I took everything you said to heart. And for the FIRST TIME EVER I am offering FREE SHIPPING site wide for one day only!!

Haven’t had a Blue and White Love contest in a while and think it’s due time… fact the last one was July of 2017 so we are way overdue!  Love getting your pictures of your homes featuring blue and white, and it gave me the idea that its prime time for one. I love sponsoring these contests and the prize isn’t too shabby either:) So time to get out those camera/phones, hone your photography skills, put the finishing touches on that blue and white vignette and get to work.

Just a few rules for the contest-

  • The contest is open as of today until Feb. 19th or until we reach 80 pictures
  • The picture(s) submitted must contain some form of blue and white
  • There is a cap of 80 pictures so once we are full, we cannot accept any more pictures
  • The contest will begin Feb. 20th
  • 2 pictures per person (please not of the same thing) must feature something blue and white and be your own picture (not taken from internet)
  • Email your pictures to [email protected] (only pictures sent to this email will be added to contest) and on subject line please put CONTEST (so your email is easily identifiable)
  • Contest is open to residents of the U.S. only
  • Pictures that are too small, crooked, out of focus,  dark or blurry will not be accepted (we will email you to let you know)
  • The contest will start Feb. 20th (there will be 2 rounds, then a showdown round) A winner will be announced on Friday, Feb 23rd
  • Questions? Call us at 800-804-9565 or email us at [email protected]

I always like to share pictures from previous entrants that really exemplify what a good picture should look like. Clear, bright, focused, straight and crisp are the best words to describe a good quality picture that is up to snuff. Generally flash’s do not work well. When taking pictures of shiny surfaces, or if a mirror is used, a flash just does not translate well. Natural daylight is always best.

We will let you know either way if we were able to take your picture or if we cannot (due to the reasons cited above). Here are a few great examples from previous entrants-

One very lucky blue and white loving winner will win three months of Enchanted Home goodies. It could be porcelains, silver, tole, pagoda melamine, who knows……….you will get three consecutive surprise shipments as your prize.

So, time to get busy to all of you blue and white lovers out there. Cannot wait to start getting your pictures….it’s a good thing to share the love:) Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping in!

PS The chinoiserie tole sale is in full swing, today is the last day to take advantage of special arrival day savings. Don’t miss out, so many beautiful items! Click here to see the sale and enter your name for a chance to win a wonderful giveaway
