Hello and happy Sunday to you. I want to first say that I am heartbroken seeing the level of destruction in parts of Florida due to Hurricane Ian. It almost looks surreal and apocalyptic. To think about all those displaced families who have lost everything is simply unimaginable. We are donating 10% of all shop sales this weekend to the American Red Cross to do our part in helping the herculean hurricane relief effort. To all our readers and customers in Florida, hope you are safe, you and the people of Florida are in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy and full recovery for your great state.

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. First, I want to announce  the winner of the chinoiserie tole planter. Congratulations goes to-

Jordan Welch on

Absolutely beautiful! Love the scalloped tray tables with gorgeous bamboo leg base. Would be a beauty in any hallway or as a side table- but would be a statement piece in a fun powder room! Just gorgeous!

Please email your shipping info and full name so we can get your planter on the way!

We are feeling just a touch of Hurricane Ida this weekend and its been cool, rainy and dreary. On the subject of the cooler weather however, I am thrilled about which means  sweater weather is nearly here. I will be heading back to my parents house within the week so doing my best to schedule things ahead of time. Like I always say, getting to work on my blog is my true happy place aka my form of therapy. Hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend. Onward to my post this Sunday…….

1 A SNEAK PEAK AT SOME OF OUR AMAZING NEW ORNAMENTS I don’t think I have anticipated Christmas as much as I am this year because of these incredible ornaments which will be here in four weeks!! So excited, this may mean having to decorate more than one tree:) I am not great at keeping things under wraps, these were too pretty to not share! We will hold a presale in October on these beauties. Many of our best sellers are also coming back into stock (including all our Staffordshire dogs, gift toppers, blue and white best sellers, etc…)

2 A FEW DOCUMENTARIES WORTH WATCHING You know I love my documentaries, saw a few interesting ones lately that really run the gamut,  and always like to share in case you find yourself with a few extra hours:)

3 INSTAGRAMS OF INTEREST More beauty to share along with a few incredible fall instagrams because this is a season worth celebrating! A definite mood here…..

4 ONE AMAZING STARBUCKS!! I visited the Starbucks reserve several months ago and it was a sight to behold!! If you are visiting NY, this is a fun stop you will want to make. It is an experience.…even if you are not a fan of Starbucks coffee:) You can even book private events there and take a private tour. This roastery will take you behind the entire coffee making process and ends with a perfectly freshly brewed cup of coffee which is a perk because I happen to be a big Starbucks fan.  Click here to find out more…..

5 FUN LOAFERS FOR FALL I love every one of these, fun, whimsical and sophisticated. I have been a long time fan of Jack Rogers, and think these are so fun for fall, get yourself a chunky sweater, a pair of cords and you are set!  click here to view

6 A FABULOUS HOUSE TOUR! How fun to see my friend, Bette’s beautiful home on Homeworthy. Having personally been there, I can attest to how beautiful, elegant and classic this home is. The grounds are also “other worldly”. And Bettie is the consummate hostess, it was such a thrill to visit her and get to see this beautiful home up close and personal.

7 SUNDAY’S SURVEY There are a few new products that we have gotten samples back on I would love to know your ideas and thoughts. Always appreciate and value your input.

I really like this new monogrammed tray with beautiful delicate floral monogram. It would potentially be available in a round or an oval. Price point would be under $95.

How pretty is this as an elegant gift for holidays, bridal shower, birthday and so much more!! I would love to receive one:) We would offer this in 3 colorways, blue/white, pastel with green and one other colorway. Would love to know your thoughts as well as which colorways you might like to see this in……
