So, how are you? Happy July 4th weekend, kindof:) It is an odd one since July 4th falls on a Tuesday and Monday is a normal workday. Anyway enjoying some outings with friends, a little pickleball, a little boating, a little BBQ’ing (weather permitting)…,,,what this holiday is all about, celebrating our nations’ freedom. Crazy to think July 4th is already upon us, summer is flying by fast. Over here we are already talking pumpkins and holiday!
1 A DREAM BAR COME TRUE!! So we got a incredible patio full of the most beautiful furniture from Brown Jordan, cannot wait to show you but want to have it all completely set up first. What we needed to complete it is a fabulous bar. Normally we set up a banquet folding table with a pretty tablecloth but I was thinking how nice a beautiful bar would be. Searced high and low, found one decent one from a catering company that they wanted 6k for and it was used. No thanks.
I had something much prettier in mind, an 8 ft lattice bar. So what did I do? I, like so many other tines, had one made!! And boy, did it surpass my expectations. I couldn’t love it more, have it heading this way next week and with luck will have it early August. Not a moment too soon. We have had a number of people inuring about them, and we will offer these in custom sizes for one container only, so there will be on opportunity to order these. Details to be shared soon. If you want to be on the list for information just email [email protected] and we will update you when we have all the info.

2 MY JULY 4TH TABLE We have a very unpredictable weather forecast today and the next day or two, so reluctantly set up my table. It will be easy enough to quickly take apart if the rain comes in (hopefully not). So with luck we will be able to enjoy our BBQ outdoors. I loved the addition of the shells/coral. I didn’t have much time to think about this so pulled together whatever I had on hand and it came together I think, quite nicely.
I especially loved getting to use our fabulous wicker stackable chairs! And don’t forget everything shown is from our shop….and on sale for 30% off!! (code freedom)

4 A FABULOUS PHOTO SHOOT Love this photo shoot by t talented group over at the beautiful Auberge’s Mayflower in CT. They used our lawn greenhorns and pedestals and wow, how beautiful are these pictures!! Makes me wish we were going to have a wedding around here (are you listening boys)!

5 MY TRADER JOES PEONIES! If you have a Trader Joes nearby run, don’t walk to grab some beautiful peonies. Actually you should call first. They are only $9.99 a bunch and just gorgeous~!! The first ones I have had for 9 days ( a lifetime for peonies) and the second ones are 3 das old, had to go back…just couldn’t resits! Thanks Trader Joe’s for keeping peony fever alive!
And here is my first batch and if you can believe it, they are STILL on my center hall table!!!!!!
6 A NEW WEBSITE IS COMING!!!! Yes, it’s really happening. And yes, I do know its very long overdue. We had hired a company last year and things did not go as planned so we ended our agreement with them, turned it over to a new group which so far, is doing a great job and with luck we will go live sometime by end of summer. Almost afraid to say it as I have eaten my words before but so far we are on track! Just a little sneak peek of some of the process….
7 SUNDAYS SURVEY Because you make the very best focus group on the planet, I want to pick your brain about our Christmas ornaments! Yes, we really are talking holiday. We are just about to start production and would love your opinion on a few things. We will be bringing back our most popular ornaments as they are repeat best sellers. But looking to expand a bit on our ornaments as well….
Considering carrying dog ornaments (would carry maybe 10-14 breeds) thoughts?
We will be doing these in our signature blue/white but also considering green/white and red/white. We will be bringing back our best sellers and adding a few new styles. Thoughts on staying with the blue and white or also introducing a small green/white and a red/white collection.
We also have some fun glass Christmas trees that we will be introducing , 10″ 12″ and 14″. We will also do these in small ornaments. In a bit of a quandary as to how many to order, I love these and can see them as being ideal for mantles and down the center of a dining room table. These are not the final design or exact colors but these are concepts (the molds). Curious if you think there is this kind of thing readily available out there or not?

Your Fourth of July table is so pretty- really love the addition of the shells in Coral you gave me a great idea for our annual Labor Day party. Over here. It’s raining and they’re calling for rain all day so our plans have been canceled and we will do something for six indoors.
Love all the Christmas edition. Yes, I say yes to every one of them!
I bought a dog ornament for my daughter last Christmas, it was a huge disappointment. We had to laugh when it finally arrived and looked nothing like the photo presented online. There is a place for high-quality ornaments of this type.
Regarding the punster ornaments, perhaps you could have a poll to see which breeds would have the most interest after the super popular ones like pugs, labs, goldies. I would love to see a Westie. Thanks.
Your new bar is wonderful for entertaining. Various sizes and priced right should be best seller!
There are those of us who are more navy blue oriented than pastel…. hope your natural fiber rugs reflect some of those hues…Your prices for natural rugs seem competitive. If you ever expand to bedroom decor please do Chinoiserie headboards . Many of us downsizing…need uplifting designs! 🤓
